It was around 7 pm of the first night at our new house that we heard a rather light, couldn't call it a knock, a tap or nudge at our door.

Stumbling down the stairs I yelled across the house "I'll get it dad !"

I opened the door to see a dainty, and very cute, Irish boy. "must be the neighbor" I thought to myself

"Hi, My name is Sean, you can call me Jack though as that's what everyone calls me,"

"H-Hi Sean I-I mean J-Jack-" for some reason I couldn't put my thoughts into words I just sat there in awe of his beautiful blue eyes and rosy cheeks and nose nearly glowing the the setting sun "I'm M-Mark ha-ha-" I mumbled as I let out a painfully awkward chuckle. Oddly enough he kinda just smirked, not even a sarcastic like "what the hell is this guy doing" kinda way it was simply a smirk.

"Well nice to meet ya' Mark he-he" Jack chuckled "See ya' at school on Monday eh?"

"Y-yup-" I said as I brought myself away from his beautiful little scruffy face. "Th-thank you guys a lot, it's very nice of you guys" I said to Jack as he walked away slowly, he seemingly blushed as he saw the smile I couldn't help but get off of my face.

"Love at first sight ?" "pshh- no, he's not gay or bi or anything like that I'm sure of it, I'm also sure that the girls are all over him at school, yeah. Maybe not. I don't know" I thought as I walked to the table.

"the neighbors cooked this for us-" I said humbly to my father

"that was very sweet of the neighbors but I'm sad to say well have to put it in the fridge,"

"why?"

"we still haven't even unpacked the silverware Mark-" there was a pause "If you want to eat it that bad then go run up the little hill (it was only about 60-70 feet away) after that neighbor boy and politely ask for some silverware."

"I'll be right back then." I sat the casserole on the table and sprinted up the little hill up to Jack's house, he was walking really slowly as he was on his phone whilst walking.

As I lightly ran up the little hill I thought "wow I would really do anything to get another glance at this boy" apparently I deep into thought because next thing I knew I had bumped into him and I was nearly a foot away from the ground with his phone in my hand.
