After dinner was over I just sat with Ryan's family in the living room, Patty pestered me with questions until Ryan told her to stop. I didn't mind it though, it was nice to have someone who cared enough about me to ask me a bunch of questions. Tonight was Ryan's first game in the NHL and I could see he was stressing about it. I stayed as calm as I could for him, but I was still a little nervous around his parents. Ryan and I both used Franny for comfort. Ryan also use my hair to make sure he kept his hands busy.

"You need to relax." I said after a little while. "It's gonna go fine. You need to relax your ripping my hair out."

"Sorry." He mumbled under his breath. I sighed and realized I shouldn't have said anything when he moved away from me.

"Babe, what are you so stressed about? You'll do great! You're gonna be fine, and I'm gonna be in the stands cheering out on. Why don't you take a pregame nap to ease your nerves?" I asked trying to cheer him up. I kissed his cheek and ran my hand through his hair. "I love you." He leaned against me and cuddled into me.

"I love you too." He said putting Franny down, (much to her dismay.) he pulled me so I was laying down, and then effectively curled up next to, dash on me.

"What are you doing?" I asked laughing a little.

"Taking a pregame nap like you said."

"On me?" I laughed and kissed his forehead.

"Where else was I supposed to nap? My bedroom? Now, why would I do that when you're sitting right here for me to curl up on." I laughed at him as he curled up even further on me.

"You're going to crush me."

"I have a crush on you." he said happily cuddled up on me.

"I have a crush on you too, but that's not the point. You're going to kill me under here Ry." I laughed.

"I wouldn't kill you, your boobs might be a little flatter when I'm done though." he said giving up and just laying on top of me.

"Oh god. Why would you say that, your parents are right there!"

"Don't care." he said as he nuzzled into my neck. "I love you." I just rolled my eyes and ignored him.

"How are you guys enjoying the city so far?" I asked his parent's and little brother.

"It's sick here, I love all the big buildings." his little brother said.

"It is really nice here, but the highlight of the trip will be seeing his first NHL game, and the best part will have been to meet you. He always calls us to tell us how much he loves you, and it's nice to see my son so happy." said Patty. "He really does love you more then anything. I know he says it to you, but I know he means it."

"Thank you, it's so nice to meet you guys as well. I've heard so many things about you guys, it's so nice to finally meet you. I was so nervous to meet you guys, I thought you guys would hate me. And you guys might, but you guys are really nice."

"We could never hate you, you're a very nice girl and our son loves you. Does Ryan really hate Franny as much as he says?" asked Patty see Franny trying to get up on the couch with me.

"No. He says he does, but he loves her. He won't admit it to anyone, but he loves that little dog. I do see him petting her time to time, but he acts like he hates her. I think it's just because she's so little and a female oriented dog, but he loves her. And that little dog adores him, she's always trying to get him to pet her and she always dances around his feet. I think when he's here alone with her he will pet her, but he wants to be a man in public. But that's okay, because I'm a girl and I love this little dog." I said picking Franny up and giving her kisses.
