Tiers followed down my face. I feared this would happen. I know him better than anyone else, I just thought it would last longer than this. Maybe I should be happy that it ended now and not years from now. I just wish it didn't end the way it did.

*FLASHBACK*

Dan walked through the front door, you could tell he was pissed. When he saw you he slammed the door shut behind him. His actions caused you to jump up from your place on the couch. "What the hell Dan, try not to brake the door." You said in a worried tone. You walked over to Dan and put both of your hands around his neck. But before you knew it your hands were back at your sides, he had rejected you. " What are you doing here?" Dan said. You wrapped your arms around your self, as you felt a little uncomfortable. "Phil let me in, I was waiting for you to get home. You know because I actually like seeing your face now and then." You said in sort of funny tone. You didn't want Dan to know that his actions got to you. "You think this is funny?" Dan said even more pissed than before. "Well I don't really know, you haven't told me yet." You said trying to put a smile on your face. Was this about me, what the hell did I do now. "REALLY Y/N YOU HAVE NO CLUE, IM LEAVING FOR THE US IN 4 DAYS AND YOU DONT GIVE A DAMN!!!!!!" Dan was really really pissed. "What the hell Dan, this is what your mad about? Come on it's not like you're never coming back and when you do I'll be right here waiting." You said in a clam voice, you didn't want all of England to here are conversation. "I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CANT JUST COME WITH ME!!" Dans shouting finally started to piss you off, you didn't care if all of England heard you, fuck you didn't care if the whole world heard you. "SO WHAT DAN YOU WANT ME TO DROP MY WHOLE LIFE JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT ME TO!! REALLY ARE YOU THAT SELFISH?!?!" You screamed in his face. He seemed surprised by your actions and words. "No y/n that's not what I'm saying" you could tell that now he was trying to calm you down. Well it didn't work very well. "THAN WHAT DAN WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY, BECAUSE IT SOUNDS A LOT Like........" you didn't finish you sentence, you knew if you said it you could not take it back. " Sounds a lot like what??" Dan said now more worried, but still pissed. "It's nothing, let it go" you turn to walk away, but Dans hands grab your arm and turn you back to him. " No what were you going to say?" Dan said. You looked down at your feet not wanting to look him in the eye. " A lot like you don't love me anymore." The words felt weird coming out of your mouth. "Is that really how you feel?" Dan said. "I don't know." You said with a tiers threatening to leave your eyes. "Maybe this trip will be good for us, maybe we should take a break?" Dan said as he let his hands fall back at his sides. "What.....Dan" you said as you reach out for him, but he stepped away from you. "I think it's time for you to leave y/n." Dan walked over to the front door and opened it. You felt your whole life come crashing down all around you, suffocating you. You walked towards the door, but before you left you turned to Dan. "My Mom use to say people come in and out of are life for a reason and it's best not to fight it." You said then kissed his cheek. "Thank you for being in my life, if only for a little bit." You said, then turned and walked away. You never heard the door shut, you suspect he was in shock of what you said. You had to keep telling your self over and over again your moms wisdom. All of a sudden your phone buzzed. You look down at it and saw the picture of your best friend and you when you were 14 years old. You were both were covered from head to toe in paint. Are way of modern art. You smile to your self. "How does she always know when I need her?" You chuckled under your breath.
