Cade didn't know what to feel. He was relieved that he had managed to survive, but worried about the fact that a loud noise had just attracted the robot into what had most likely the room that his crew mates were in. He had already decided to look for his crew mates but he didn't know where to start. He could either follow the robot or go into the far right door. His instinct told him to go into the door the robot went, but his brain decided against it. After all, chasing something that just tried to kill him wasn't the smartest idea. So he decided to start with the door that the robot didn't go to. Cade fumbled his way through, feeling the objects around him but being careful not to make a loud noise. The robot was obviously attracted, or at least sensitive to noise. It couldn't seem to see him but Cade had the feeling that it knew that he was there. He scrambled his way around until he found what seemed to be the door he was looking for. This was clearly the door that the robot didn't go through. Suddenly, a cold feeling washed over Cade. It was like a tingling sensation on the back of his neck, he didn't know what it was but it made him feel like he shouldn't be here. Something was wrong. He couldn't point to it, but an instinct told him to run. And that's exactly what he did. He sprinted back through the door and into the meeting room, around the table and into the left chamber hallway where he zoomed his way into the office room. He kicked the door open and there was Doyle, held up against the wall by the robot. Cade furiously scanned his surroundings for something, anything, that he was able to use. He finally settled on a half broken chair on with the back part torn off. He smashed it on to the robot and it loosened its grip on Doyle. It's attention was now on Cade. He threw the chair at the robot straight in the face but it didn't budge. It just stared back at him. The robot retaliated with a strong punch to the gut. Cade flew backwards and smashed his body on the floor. He could feel the pain. His ribs were definitely broken, he was coughing up blood. It didn't look very good for the both of them. While this was happening, Doyle was frantically trying to get the various debris off of him. He was buried under a pile of metal and wood. The robot picked up Cade by the neck and put itself face to face. Cade could feel the heat coming from the wires and sparks on the robots face. Blood dripped down Cade's chin and the robot bashed its head onto him. Then proceeded to throw him into the floor and jabbed at his head and chest several dozen times with its metallic fist; which was soon covered with bright red stains. Cade was groaning in extreme pain, he had probably lost a bunch of vital organs and he was losing energy fast. A metal rod comes flying and hits the robots back, echoing a resonant sound. This seemed to aggravate the thing. The robot stopped punching and covered its ears. Cade could feel the ringing in his ears get louder. He imagined what it would be like for the robot, with its almost perfect hearing.
