Heyyyy! This is my version of how I think Deeks would propose to Kensi. Anything in bold is a text.

Kensi and Deeks have been dating for 2 years and the team has been really happy for them.
It ha been a long day and the team was wrapping up their latest case.
"Hey Nell!" Deeks said catching the little techie before she went home.
"What do you need Deeks?" Nell said a little impatiently.
Deeks quickly looked away making sure that no one was looking.
"Okay you can't tell Kensi ok?"
"Okay."
"Pinkie promise?" Deeks said holding out his hand.
Nell rolled her eyes. "Are you five or something?" she said with a laugh, but continued sticking out her pinky, "Okay now what did you want to tell me?"
"Nell I'm going to propose to Kensi"
"Okay wel- WAIT! HOLD THE PRESS. Did I hear that right? You? Proposing? Kensi?" Nell said surprised.
"Yes. Now I need you to take Kensi dress shopping, but don't tell her but I invited her to dinner this weekend and I'm planning to propose and have our wedding right then and there," Deeks explained.
"Eeeeekkkk! Yes! Yes! Yes! This is going to be soooo adorable" Nell shrieked with excitement. Deeks could already tell that Nell was mentally planning every intricate detail of this proposal.
"Just don't tell don't tell Kensi! And tell Callen and Sam so that they can rent some tuxes," Deeks called after Nell who was already running out of the building singing, "Kensi and Deeks sitting in a tree...!"
So after 3 hard, long, and tiresome days of planning Deeks set up his wedding/proposal.
Kensi had spent the last 2 hours ready for her big date with Deeks when she received a text that put a damper on her night.
I'm sorry but I have to cancel tonight LAPD calls. Love you! I hope you understand.

Depressed, Kensi went and sat on the couch.
Suddenly her phone went off. Thinking it was Deeks she literally jumped for her phone but let out a little sigh when she realized it wasn't Deeks.
Hey want to go out tonight? Eric canceled on me :(

Sure Deeks canceled on me too. I still have dinner reservations want to take Deeks's spot?
-Kensi
Sounds good! I'll be over in 20!
-Nell
Meanwhile across town. Deeks was making his final preparations.
On our way be there in 30.
-Nell

Nell picked up Kensi and drove over to the restaurant.
"Reservation for 2?" Kensi said to the waitress.
"Name please?"
"Kensi Blye."
"I'm sorry we only have a Kensi Deeks."
"I'm sorry that must be a mistake."
"No, no mistake. A man with shaggy hair came and gave me a picture saying to take you to the back. And to give you these," the waitress said handing her a potted fern. Leading her to the back.
Confused Kensi took a look at the potted fern and laughed, "I'll try to keep this one alive," Kensi thought to herself.
Nell jumped up next to Kensi and linked arms with her before opening the door. Kensi's mom, Hetty, Callen, Sam, Nate, Assistant director Granger, and the team form D.C. were all there. A piano began to play the wedding march. Kensi all wide-eyed like a deer in headlights was surprised that she shot her hand up to mouth.
"What's all this?" Kensi said looking at Nell then back at Deeks. Then at her friends and family.
Deeks got down on one knee. "Kensi Marie Blye, will you do me the very honor and become my Princesses, Wife, Eternal Partner in Crime, Kensi Marie... Deeks?"
Kensi stood there for minutes. (Which to Deeks felt like hours.)
Kensi then replied barely audible, "Yes... Yes... YES!!!!" Kensi said bending down and kissing Deeks.
And at that very spot Kensi and Deeks got married and lived
