Sidemen and Friends One Shots [REQUESTS OPEN]

I've always loved fireworks. Something about the tiny explosions going off in the night was fascinating.

I was sat on a hill watching fireworks with my best friend, Simon, giggling every time i saw a burst of color and a small boom. "Simon did you see that one! It was so pretty!" I smiled excitedly. "Yeah it was." he said unenthusiastically. Simon didn't even seem to be paying attention to the beautiful show in the sky.

An amazing blue and green one shot into the sky causing everyone to awe. "Simon did you see that one?" i asked him hopefully. "uh yeah." he said unconvincing. "What color was it?" He looked at me nervously. "uhhh red and blue?" i sighed "no... why aren't you watching them with me Si?"

"im sorry Y/N. I can't pay attention to the fireworks, i have too much stuff on my mind" he said sadly. "you know you can talk to me right?" i reminded him. He nodded. We sat in silence for awhile before he spoke up. "Y/N. The real reason i haven't been paying attention to the fireworks is because i've been watching you. I love how excited you get when you see one go off, and i love how your eyes light up when you see one that you like, and your dimples show when you smile. I love everything about you Y/N. I love you." 

I couldn't believe what i was hearing. My best friend is in love with me.
"Simon. I love you too!" I confessed loudly. "Really?" He asked in shock. I nodded and laughed at his surprise. He smiled, pushing my hair out of my face. "You're so beautiful." he whispered. I felt my face flush pink and i giggled lightly. "Just kiss me." I smiled.

His lips crashed into mine and causing sparks bigger than the fireworks going on behind us to erupt. We pulled away, breathing heavily. "Wow." he smiled.

Tonight just gave me another reason to love fireworks.
