CAST OF HIGHLY ANTICIPATED STAR WARS BROADWAY MUSICAL ANNOUNCED

It's here folks! Earlier today, the three leads of Broadway's new musical, co-written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, was announced. The musical is entitled Star Wars: A New Musical From A Galaxy Far, Far Away, and is set to premiere on Broadway next year.

ISABELLE RAMOS as PRINCESS LEIA

That's right, folks! The best eyebrows on Broadway, and little sister of Hamilton star Anthony Ramos will be portraying one of the most badass heroines of all time! She is currently an understudy for every role in Hamilton, alongside her brother. At only seventeen years old, she's already a queen! We spoke with her a few weeks ago about the casting:

Q: How does it feel to go to school each day as a Broadway star?

A: Uh, well, haha! It certainly doesn't feel like I am one. I don't get mobbed at school or anything, I certainly don't get asked about it, and no one really bothers me. I think with this new musical it might be more challenging to go about my business. Who doesn't love Star Wars?

Q: Does your brother influence you a lot? What about other Hamilton cast members?

A: Ooh, of course! Anthony has been such a huge influence on me since he became my guardian. He's pushed me to my limits, and comforted me when times get tough. I love him more than anything! And the rest of the cast- they're my BFFS! I wouldn't be here without them!

Q: How does it feel to be filling the shoes of such an iconic role?

A: It's terrifying! I'm terrified of messing up, or not pursuing the character like the badass she is. My worst fear is that Carrie Fisher is gonna see the show and criticize me! I have nightmares about it, haha!

CHARLIE SYTON as LUKE SKYWALKER

Yes!! Theater kids have crushed on the Falsettos star since he made his debut last September. At eighteen years old, he's already a star in the making! The Mark Hamill look-alike has been confirmed to be playing everyone's favorite farm boy! When asked about the role, he commented;

"I've idolized Luke Skywalker since I was a kid, he's just got such a great character growth that I aspire to have in my lifetime. My whole life, people have been telling me I look just like him, so it's thrilling to fulfill my dream role!"

We cannot wait to see him step alongside Isabelle Ramos! Unconfirmed sources claim that they have some romantic history together. Ooh, I ship it!

CHRIS MCCARRELL as HAN SOLO

How can you not be excited about this news? Chris just finished a long run playing Marius in Les Miserables, which closed recently. He joined the trio of up and coming stars sparkling the cast of Star Wars: A New Musical From A Galaxy Far, Far Away just last week! He stated yesterday that he is "thrilled to take on an iconic role" and "cannot wait to star alongside [Isabelle] Ramos and [Charlie] Syton." We can't wait to see him onstage as the best space scoundrel of all time! Unconfirmed sources have also spread news about a possible secret relationship between him and co-star Isabelle Ramos. Honestly, their relationship is going to be so cute as Hanleia!

There are also rumors of big Broadway names joining the cast as well; including Daveed Diggs, Andrew Rannells, Cynthia Erivo, Mandy Gonzalez, and Aaron Tveit. However, these have yet to be confirmed.

i apologize for the lack of updates over the past month. it's been very rough. i was sexually assaulted recently ; and i don't really know how to handle it. sorry, but updates might be more infrequent :(

ive been trying to channel all the anxiety and trauma into my story through Izzy; essentially the character is an extension of me. i wrote her bc she has my dream life, but she also has the same flaws and struggles that i go through. it's essentially a way for me to cope with hard things. i include them in my story, and it helps more people become aware of problems like anxiety, rape, and cyberbullying.

DISCLAIMER: i was NOT raped. the sexual harassment is still traumatizing, no matter how severe it is.

i hope these problems are brought to light more, because it seems like today's authors seem to avoid them; besides a slim few.

writing fanfic is VERY fun, and i enjoy it. but people need to realize that the lives of a celebrity, especially a teenager growing up in the limelight, is not going to be perfect fluff. i PRAISE authors who dont have a cliché storyline and actually have a conflict.
