Gray P.O.V

I felt something rubbing  against my hand. It feels really nice. Wait! I open my eyes to a piercing white room. The light is so bright that I have to wait a second to get used to it. Then I look over; and see Juvia sitting there against the hospital bed.

She is awake! I am so happy. Everyother time someone I cared for got hurt protecting me they usually die. I was hoping Juvia wouldn't be like the rest; and here she is. I gently wrap my arms around her. Tears come pouring out of my eyes as I say "You idiot don't ever do that again! I almost lost you Juvia. I almost lost you." My voice croaks with the tears clogging it.

Juvia gently plays with my hair to calm me down. Then she says "Juvia is alive Gray you don't have to worry. I heard you saying not to leave; and Juvia loves you. Juvia will always fight to be here with you."

The tears come down endlessly. Then Juvia asks "Did you defeat those thieves?" I nod then say "Yeah; and I collected our reward money. The mayor wanted to thank you; but I told him about your incident so he said he would wait.

I just look at her for a while. I cant imagine my life without her in it. She has helped through a lot of difficult times. I couldn't ask for anyone better. All of a sudden Juvia sniffs me. Then she makes a face and says "How long has it been since Gray showered?"

A red blush makes its way on my face as I sit there. Do I really smell that mad? I mean I haven't left since I have been here. Juvis then sighs and says "Gray go home shower; and eat." So I carefully stand up; and go to the hotel.

Geez I am whipped; but I am happily whipped so I guess its okay. After that I get to my hotel and take a shower. While I am in there I think of Juvia. How in the beginning we were enemies. When Phantom Lord attempted to not only kidnap Lucy, they destroyed the guild; and hurt Levy.

I faced against her; and I remember her eyes that day. How emotionless she was. It was like she had given up on being anything but unhappy. I remember her face when she saw her first sunrise. To this day she likes to get up and watch it.

Her face of amazement always made me happy. That she is able to experience it. When she came to Fairy tale her eyes were still kind of dead; but there was hope. She has always been very strong. Espeically when Ultear and Meredy attacked. She was the one who gave it her all.

She said That whenever her loved ones are in danger she can use that love for more strength. I remember when she I asked her to be mine. I was so nervous that night. I don't know what I would have done if she said no.

After the first date whenever I saw her at the guild I showered her in gifts; and stuck by her side the whole day. Of course everyone in the guild was teasing me. Honestly though her blush when I did it made it better. She was happy; and I was happy. I remember our first kiss, our make outs; and when we  made love for the first time.
