"Can. I. Die. Now." Nathan wheezed dropping like a fly to the mossy forest floor. "Can I die with you ?" Cass murmured falling on top of him. The remaining three fell into the pile of bodies as well and Lyndon made sure to drop Ariel beside them with a hard thud. I knew there was a reason I tolerated him.

"Lets make a deal, if I don't murder you five idiots in the five minutes it'll take us to climb up this tiny hill and you guys can keep your damn mouths shut then you can all die in a bed for a whole day. Yeah, any objections ?" I bargained pulling a water bottle from the bag I was carrying and chugging it. It was around nine a o'clock and we had traveled for around two to three hours, so everyone was pretty much ready to collapse. They groaned in unison and all fell back into step with me and Ri.

We took about twenty more steps and then a tall wooden wall could be seen lit up by torches. The closer our small group got the taller the wall became. Along the outside of the wall was a big makeshift gate that I knew had two people stationed on either side with bows that we couldn't see. "I thought you said it was a small group ?" Nathan asked as we stood in front of the gates. "Hmm, no I said it was a group. I never said it was a small group." I justified letting go of Ri's hand.

"Yeah but you said you didn't belong to any of the four groups." Nathan shot back crossing his arms over his chest. "I don't belong to the group I created it." I muttered irritated by all of his so called allegations. "Wait so this is one of the four-"

"Does it really matter ?" I asked through gritted teeth. Nathan looked shocked by my sudden outburst and shook his head, "I guess not." I nodded in affirmation and brought my hands up to knock. "Tell me who you are, what you want, and why your here or I'll shoot an arrow through your skull." A masculine voice thundered from one of the two posts, a very familiar masculine voice at that.

"The fucking maid Jordan, who do you think ?" I remarked sarcastically, I heard a loud chuckle followed by Jordan hollering for them to open the gates. The door revealed a giant bonfire with two rows of tents lining the sides which connected with a giant tent in the middle (the mess hall) and people milling about. There were also four guard towers, one in each corner of the camp walls.

Ri rushed in and jumped into Jordan's arms as I grinned at the pair. "Well, it took you long enough." Jordan said holding Ri in his arms as people began to notice I was back. "Guys Day is back !" I hear someone shout as those words began to echoed throughout our camp of fifty or so people.

Then in a split second the feeling of relief subsided as many of my people drew there weapons and pointed them at Nathan, Cassidy, Aaron, Lyndon, Dan, and the very unconscious and tied up Ariel. I may or may not have popped her in the head once...or twice. "Who the hell are you ?" Derek boomed aiming his gun straight at Nathans forehead as Cassidy began to cry.

"Woah guys, woah. Calm the fuck down. I brought them here they're fine, I checked them out its okay." I said dropping everything I was holding and raising my hands up in a calming manner. The majority of my group dropped the weapons save for Derek, a very stubborn twenty-five year old I met in the second year of the apocalypse."Yeah are you sure, then whys that one holding a knocked out girl ?" Derek asked pointing his gun at Lyndon instead.

"Because she knows where Jax is, tried to kill me, was probably going to kill Ri as well, do I need to continue or do you get the picture ?" I snapped popping my hip, raising a brow and crossing my arms. Reluctantly Derek lowered his weapon, gave me a nod of approval and stalked away to his tent. "New recruits, I like it. Maybe you should bring them in more often." Jordan smiled his billionaire smile as he let Ri down and walked over. "Shut up pip-squeak. You stick with human beings. I'll stick with sorting out things here and planning the whole Jax thing, great."

"You need to stop calling me that I'm older than you by five years." Jordan reprimanded with his hazel eyes giving me the look, the parent look to be precise. "Never in a million years, pip-squeak. Ri can you take Cass with you to the kids tent. Max, Dawn and Zander, I need you three to take that girl, her names Ariel, and put her in the pit. Thanks guys." I announced throwing a hand over Jordan's shoulders. Max, Dawn, and Zander took Ariel from Lyndon and Ri grabbed Cassidy's hand dragging her to the kids tent all the while Jordan was ogling Lyndon.

"Okay, so this is Jordan. Jordan this is idiot's one, two, three, and four; aka Aaron, Dan, Nathan and Lyndon." I said smirking at the very tired looking guys who all gained a sour expression on their face. "Day be polite will you." Jordan requested putting out his hand to shake. "Day? What haven't you lied to us about ?" Lyndon asked with his thick British accent and I swear Jordan's eyes doubled in size. "Whatever, is Andy back yet ?" I said rolling my eyes, trying to remember if today was one of Andy's scavenging days.

Jordan completely ignored me as his hand reached out to shake Lyndon's. I watched as Jordan's eyes raked over Lyn's lean and muscular stature, then traced over his chisled jaw, swooped with his jagged black hair and then made there way to his forest green eyes. Both Lyn and Jordan locked eyes which caused Jordan to look down with a crimson blush and pull back his hand.

"You-who Jordan is Andy back ?" I asked again waving a hand in front of his face. No answer, great British boy broke him. My eyes rolled again as others began to walk up and shake hands with these oh so fabulous people that were accepted by the infamous Day Nightingale. "Diana show these idiots to their tent and give them some leftovers from dinner. I'll check on you guys later. Lets go lover boy." I sighed dragging Jordan away by his collar and into the nearest tent.

Two teenage girls sat in the tent giggling about how hot one of the new arrivals was as me and Jordan barged in. Their mouths snapped shut and they just stared wide eyed, I didn't really socialize with the younger side of our camp. "D-Day, what brings you here?" one of them asked pushing her hair back. "Nothing, would you two excuse us for a moment we need to discuss some things." I requested as the pair nodded and exited the tent. "What the hell Jordan!?"
