"What have you done?" It came out as a whisper. I took the whole scene in. Violet was sitting on a rusty old chair. Unconscious. Inserted in her arms were litlle tubes which were attached to these big bottles. The bottles were almost filled to the rim with her blood. I wanted to run. To puke. To just fall down and try to forget this awful scene. But I couldn't I had to help Violet before it was to late. The old witch was still holding my arm very tightly. I had to think of something. To get rid of this old rag, get Violet to wake up and get her off of those tubes. But every minute that pases she is losing more and more blood. I had to think fast. THE BOOK! of course. I just have to think. I'm sure I read something about the old witch in camelot. But what was it? It was something about a potion. to kill her I had to make a potion. But I can't remember what was in it. It was 3 ingredients. If she would just leave I could look into the book. She was with violet now. Doing something with those tubes. I grabbed the book as fast as I could. Going through the pages as fast as I could. Once upon a time... Blah blah blah... Old witch... Blah blah blah... Camelot.... I'm getting somewhere. Here it is! To kill the old witch of the dark forest you must combine water of the witches kettle with frog eyes and a spiders heart. I closed the book and put it back into my bag before she would notice anything. So the kettle is here. That's one. Now frog eyes and a spiders heart. I shivered at the thought. I hope I don't have to get that heart out myself. I looked around the room taking it all in. The little bottles and pots on the shelves. Filled with stuff, Ingredients. I was reading every label. Human hearts. Frog hearts. Pig hearts. Spider hearts. Great she has spider hearts. Okay now those eyes. I looked through the labels on various pots with eyes. Finally I saw the pot with the frog eyes. She has everything for the potion. Now to make it I have to get rid of her. But how. Think Henry, think. I looked around me. Something, anything? In my right eye I saw a tiny block on the floor. Small enough to pick up and big enough to make noice. In a swift motion I picked it up. With my hand behind my back I trew the block into the window which shattered. A million pieces of glass now on the floor and the darkness of the forest now filling the room. The old witch turned toward the window. Her expression stonelike. "What in the...". She was at a loss of words. "WHO?!" She screamed. Her scream so loud it would be able to shatter all the windows nearby. My ears tingling I stood there, terrified. She stormed towards me and I felt every inch of my body shrink. I wanted to fade away. To be invisible. To be anywhere but here. She was going to kill me, I could feel it. But just as she reached me her hand extended and hit me hard in my side. I fell onto the floor and saw her vanishing into the dark forest. Murmuring under her breath. I had to be quick. I tried to stand up but the pain was unbearable. I had to bite through it. I slumped to the frog eyes and took some out. The I got to the spider hearts. So small and delicate yet so vicious and deadly. I took one out and made my way to the kettle. I dropped the spider heart and the frog eyes into the kettle and let it stew for a moment. I grabbed the spatula and stired it a bit. I took a small bottle and put the potion inside. I made my way to Violet and took off all the tubes. She looked so pale. So weak. Now I had to wait. I stood behind the door and waited. I heard steps for afar. Closing in. And then she appeared. Looking more vicious then before. Hair wilder than before from whatever she had done in the forest. I turned and trew the potion at the ground before her feet. It felt like slow motion. The seconds felt like hours, days, months. It felt like forever when the glass shatterd. A purple cloud formed around the old witch. It expanded more and more until I saw only purple. My eyesight completely gone. And the only thing left was the killing silence....
