I felt the presence of a very powerful type of magic, and I whirled around in the direction it was radiating from. I turned around, only to face with eight orbs of magic, all of different colours, coming out from each of the respective statues and their special item.
From Shelby's statue, it was her heart locket that was a deep red colour. The colour of her orb was deep red and white.
From Jessica's statue, it was the snowflake that was floating in her hand that was a pale blue colour. The colour of her orb was a pale blue that was slightly transparent.
From Cory's statue, it was the dark grey dagger he held in his left hand that pointed outwards. The colour of his orb was a dark grey.
From Jin's statue, it was the the white hardcover book with swirls of purple and black on the cover and page. The colour of his orb was white, purple and black.
From Sky's statue, it was the amethyst jewel that was worshipped as a air elemental stone by many people. It was outlined with butter ( BUDDER, a.k.a. gold >:3) and was threaded on a snow white thick string. The colour of his orb was a translucent pearl white and sky blue.
From Ross's statue, it was the little tree sapling that was growing out of a pile of dirt that was cupped in both his hands. The colour of his orb was a light green and slightly translucent as well.
From Max's statue, it was the green orb outlined with a golden yellow metal(not gold) that was hanging by a chain at the side of his waist. The colour of his orb was a dark green and black.
From Red's statue, it was a small glass container(bottle) filled with a pinkish-red liquid that he was holding and the satchel that held other small glass containers that had different colours in them. The colour of his orb was pinkish-red.
The orbs then landed on the ground in front of the statues. I noticed that the moment the orbs had left the statues, the statues' features had weathered and became blurred, making people unable to figure out how they had looked like before. Vines had also overgrown the statues in an instant, making it look like it had been there for a long time and it hadn't just popped out of nowhere a few seconds ago.
The different coloured orbs of magic turned and morphed into eight humans with a strong power radiating off all of them. I thought," It must have been the orbs of magic..."
Shelby's orb had morphed into a human girl who looked about 21 years old with red hair, a white paper crown like mine, except mine was a silver crown with a small purple gem in the middle that held part of my powerful magic. She wore a grey jacket with two white stripes at the sleeves, black shorts and a white t-shirt with sneakers. She had a heart locket slung around her neck.
Jessica's orb had morphed into a human girl with raven black hair and amber eyes. She wore a pink and grey cap backwards and a light purple tank top and grey shorts. She wore a pair of purple and black sneakers/boots. On her hands were fingerless black gloves with a purplish-pinkish flower on them. She also had a snowflake charm on a bracelet she wore on her right wrist.
Cory's orb had morphed into a human guy with a dirty-blond hair and a camera mask covering the area where his eyes were supposed to be. He wore a light grey hoodie with the hood down and a pair of light brown pants. He also wore a pair of grey sneakers and had a dagger in its sheath in his hoodie pocket. (I'm basing this off the first skin I see of Cory when researching his minecraft skin.)
Jin's orb had morphed into a human guy with raven black hair like Jessica's hair and milk chocolate eyes. (Tyler that came out really wrong too XD milk chocolate is the colour...) His hoodie was a purple hoodie that was white at the sleeves and the hood was down. The whole hoodie was also outlined with white. He was carrying the exact same book shown on the statue under his arm.
Sky's orb had morphed into a human guy with chocolate brown hair that was kind of messily tied into a tiny ponytail. He wore dark grey and black battle gear and red sneakers as well as a pair of sunglasses on his face. An amulet that was made out of an amethyst gem that was outlined with gold and threaded on a thick snow white string was slung around his neck.
Ross's orb had morphed into a human guy with sea blue eyes and a pair of spectacles on his face. He wore a squirrel onesie and his hair was a sandy brown. He had a few acorn nuts in his onesie pockets.
Max's orb had morphed into a human guy with reddish-brown hair and a reddish brown mustache. He wore a long sleeved black shirt with a grey stripe in the middle and black pants and white sneakers. On his brands he wore white gloves and slung around his neck was a golden coloured glass 'Z'. He had dark brown eyes.
Red's orb had morphed into a human guy with a red dinosaur onesie and reddish-brownish eyes, but leaning towards the browner side. His hair was also red. He had a sling bag filled full of potions and ingredients for brewing things as well as a few empty potion bottles and brewing stand.
They all looked to be about twenty one years old. They all looked lost and were not sure why they were here. I walked out of the shadows and asked them if they knew who they were. They shook their heads and then Shelby's orb that had became a human replied, " We all only remember our names... And our powers, but nothing else. It's like as if there is an empty void in our brain where the important information about ourselves should be..."
"So, what are your names?" I asked cautiously. I did not want to anger them as I had no idea what they were capable of.
"Well, mine is Shelby, hers is Jess," Shelby said as she pointed at Jessica's orb that had turned into a human.
"And that is Cory, Jin, Sky, Red, Max and Ross!" She started again, pointing at the respective orbs that had turned into humans.
"Now, since we have all introduced ourselves, why not you do the honors and tell us who you are?" Jessica asked.
"Well, for starters, I'm the Prophecy Holder for this generation and my name is Seto. I doubt you need to know my full name, so yea." I replied in response to Jessica's question.
"Well, I should bring you guys back to my home now since it is getting dark and you guys also need to hone your skills and learn more about them, right?" I asked them a little hurriedly.
"Well, yes. So let's go!" Sky said excitedly. I smiled slightly seeing his childish personality.
I asked everyone to from a circle and grab hands and I teleported to my room. I immediately fell to the ground, feeling exhausted, and drained of energy. That had taken a lot out of me... I thought to myself. I quickly casted a simple mana spell to replenish my mana, which was my source of energy in a way.
I decided to connect and talk with them telepathically, as their first lesson in honing their magic, whatever types they were. I only sensed two wizards and a warlock, for the rest, I sensed that they were elemental users, but could not sense what type.
Luckily, they caught on quick and soon all of us were talking telepathically.
Suddenly, my door burst open and my grandfather came rushing in. It was then that he noticed the eight who were standing there. He immediately went all protective mode and asked who they were. I sighed and replied that it was the eight, knowing that they will now kick up a fuss about me being the one.
Hey my lil water elementals! Most of you guys have guessed the Prophecy Holder correctly, I mean, it's the cliché person, Seto. XP (I had like no other person that would fit XD) I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter, this was also a cliffhanger, but luckily I didn't fall off it XD (cos it wasn't that big XD).
