My mom was out for the day, so I had lots of free time. I hated free time.

I went over to the couch and turned on the T.V. I surfed the channels for the news. Finnally, I found it.

'Here, on live Eastern news, we have heard the news for the moons for the Eastern Boarder! Full Moon for all you people out there! We will now be announcing what phase the moon is everyday for the Eastern Boarder! Now, we have breaking news on...'

'Yes! No werewolves to ruin this Full moon!'  I thought

I then started pacing. I pace when I have nothing else to do. Back and forth, back and forth... I couldn't take it. I needed something to do. Back and forth, back and forth. I could go to Jake's house? Nah. He will wonder how I got there without a car... Back and forth, back and forth. Josh. Yes. Another vampire. Perfect.

I sprinted to his house and knock on the door.

"Hello?" Asked Josh's mom, Ashley

"Hey!" I replied

"Oh! John!" She said with a grin. Then she yelled over her shoulder, "Josh! John is here!"

"Coming!" I heard him say. Then he was there, in a spit second.

After that, we went to the forest to hang out. We played Hide-And-Go-Seek, it was way more fun as a vampire. Then, we ate a bear... or two... or three... Finally it was noon; mom should be home.

I said a quick goodbye to Josh and sprinted home. When I opened the door, mom was there.

"Why hello there Mr. Fangs!" She said in a sarcastic tone

"Yes, hello Mrs. Blood! Wait... that sounded better in my head..." I replied as mom burst out laughing

"What?" I asked as I went to my room

"Oh nothing, nothing." mom said, still laughing

I snuggled up with my book and waited for mom to barge in...
