Chapter 3

*3rd person*

Hoseok looked behind him, trying to look at the person who was standing just a couple feet away from him a few moments ago.

He was shocked to see no one there. The person was gone.

Clearly it couldn't be a simple human, it had to be something else, a monster like him perhaps.

A disappointed Hoseok finished his meal and after searching around a bit he went back to the hotel.

As for Yoongi, the poor boy wasn't ready to meet someone of his kind so he ran away. Deep down he knew this would haunt him since it was his opportunity to make a friend and to stop being so lonely.

Yoongi wasn't ready to meet someone new and gain new feelings towards someone who could leave his life at any moment.

After what happened with Jungkook he was still scared, no scratch that he was frightened to meet new people because he would get attached to them so easily and it would be even easier for them to leave.

So instead of staying there and meet the other vampire he just hid himself in his miniature house.

Yoongi was panicking, what if the new person would come in without knocking, what if the other boy of his species found it was him who was staring and then ran away.

Four hours was the time he spent going back and forth in his tiny living room wondering if the boy had already left.

Another half of hour later he got out of the house to haunt since his thirst was getting harder and harder to control.

Hoseok was in his hotel room reading a five hundred page book about Egyptians, it was not his favourite topic but it was better than staring at the white walls.

As for Yoongi he was now heading back his real home to meet with Jin, Namjoon and Jimin. Sure it was fun to be with a group of friends that's what most people think, but for Yoongi it was pure torture.

Being forced to hang out with other of his kind, well being forced to hang out with whoever it was did not please the boy. It had been like this even before the transformation happened.

They were his "friends" or at least that's what they called each other. These three boys were also vampires and Yoongi hated Namjoon as much as someone could possibly hate other person or shall he be called monster instead.

[A/N: lol I just made an unintentional pun with namjoon omfg]

Namjoon had transformed Yoongi a couple centuries ago and not long after that event, they became friends. They didn't bond because they both wanted to but because Namjoon forced Yoongi to become closer to him.

Namjoon told him they had to be close because Yoongi had no experience with being a vampire and being the naive kid he was, he believed. Soon he realised what the other boy was doing but he decided to keep talking to the needy giant who made him immortal.

A couple weeks went by and Yoongi stopped by that little forest every day to see if he would have the luck to find the boy again. He even spent most of his days inside his miniature house looking out the windows, hoping to see him once again.

It was weird for Yoongi to be thinking so much about someone who's not Jungkook but after all, he was just curious, right?

Hoseok had been haunting on other places lately but above all his wishes he wanted to feel that presence again.

That animal or special magical creature made him feel weird somehow, he would give everything to go back to that day where he would turn around sooner.

*Yoongi's POV*

I have been here every day looking out the window hoping to see the vampire who was here almost a month ago and today was not different. Except, I could sense his presence.

"It has been 26 days since I first felt his presence and now I'm feeling it again.

Wait, that means he is here. Oh crap what am I supposed to do"

I start to walk out of the miniature house and as I stand in front of the door I am panicking. It's surreal how I'm feeling, and it is also incredibly stupid.

Focus Yoongi, you're a vampire what can go wrong?

*Hoseok's POV*

It has been almost a month since I've been there, since I've felt that presence. I questioned one of my friends about this special presence, which felt different from any other magical creature I've ever encountered and he told me that's how he found his partner.

So I guess this means he or she is supposed to become my partner. I'm anxious to go back there, what if we meet and he/she doesn't like me?

No, Hoseok, now is not the time to be thinking about this. Man up and just go in there.

*3rd person*

Yoongi was sitting on the floor, his back against a tree while he was feeding himself.

As for Hoseok he was now entering the forest.

Both boys felt like they knew something special was about to happen.

Hoseok used his super speed to go back to the place where he had found that adorable house, while Yoongi was still drinking the blood of a fox.

When Yoongi felt that presence getting closer and closer he stopped what he was doing and went back to the house, but this time he sat in front of the door, waiting for the other male to get there.

Hoseok reached his destination in no time, as he got there he saw a boy sitting on the floor. He was gorgeous, his green hair matched perfectly with his pale skin, his petite figure, his glasses which were not necessary since vampires have a perfect vision but it made the small boy even more adorable.

As Hoseok took a step closer to the delicate male, he turned his head in his direction which made Hoseok freeze. Their eyes met, but only for a few seconds. When Hoseok blinked Yongi was gone, he was no longer sitting there.

This made him look around the area and as he looked to his right side he found him finishing his meal.

"Sorry, I was hungry and I just wanted to finish my meal" Yoongi said, still not looking towards Hoseok's direction.

It was hard for Hoseok to say anything, he was too amazed by this boy's looks and his smell. Specially his smell.

Yoongi stood up and waved his hand in front of the other male's face, this made Hoseok return from his dreamland.

"Oh, yeah no problem. What's your name again?" This statement made Yoongi smile a little Hoseok didn't even notice.

"I'm Yoongi, nice to meet you...?"

"Hoseok, is that your human name or your vampire name?"

"It's my human name, I don't use my vampire name a lot, but that one is Suga. And yours?"

"Human name is Hoseok and vampire name is J-Hope."

After a short pause both boys murmured "Cool name" which made both blush a little. This made both males look down at the ground.

"I'm going to haunt" Hoseok stated after what seemed five minutes but in reality it were probably just a few seconds.

"May I join?" Yoongi asked feeling his thirst coming back.

"Sure." Hoseok asserted while looking at Yoongi with a huge smile on his face.

Both boys stared at each other for a while and that's when they both realised how lucky they were to have found each other.
