Chapter 7.

10k's POV

Still afternoon, and I need to get the hell outta here.

We were all sitting down in the "throne" room talking, but they were all distracted so I got up, and went to the lab room. Once I got there I started looking for those serums. I looked and I saw they were on the table by the medical chair. I walked over there grabbed a bag on the table, I grabbed the serums put them in the back well some of them when I heard Dr. Merch.

"What are you doing!?" I look at Dr. Merch which was walking towards me. "I....I....I....I," I didn't know what to say, and this time I knew I was dead. "It's okay 10k," She says and I got confused, but she came up then grabbed one of the serums. "Sit," she said so I did, she grabbed my arm then before she injected it I paused her before she even put what ever liquid into me.

"Wait what is that?" I asked; a little frightened. She paused, but then continued. "It's my original vaccine, when I put this in you...you will be released from Murphy's mind control," She said, but continued.

"You will still be a blend, but you will now be a target for zombies....again," she looked at me if it was okay. Then I nodded till she got the message, and in a heart beat she injected the serum. I was about to pass out, but Merch stopped me from doing that. "Now you need to leave now!" She demanded. I felt nothing different, but I guess I was not Murphy's bitch anymore and I was okay with that.

"10k are you even listening!? You need to leave now!" I nodded.
"Thank you," I thanked her, and in return she nodded. She helped me getting the rest of the serums into the brown bag. I was looking around figuring out how the hell am I going to escape. Foot steps came up I turned around, and it was Murphy.

"What's going on in there!?" He said, I saw Warren and the rest behind him, and they were confused. I backed up "What the hell are you doing!? Wait your not one of those anti vaccers are you!?" Murphy said, and I just backed up. "10k what are you....?" Doc asked before finishing Dr. Merch intruded.
"10k get outta here!" Merch ordered so I did.

"10k!" I didn't even know who said that. I turned then jumped, and I broke through the window glass flying everywhere. Leaving me falling I didn't know where I was falling, but I was turning so whatever I was landing on...I was landing something on my back. I landed, and I was in a truck I was coughing and outta breath but the flat boxes in the truck helped a little.

I got up now I was outside, but I didn't care where I was I just had to get the hell outta here. I was running I had no weapons just the brown bag, this was intense, but I just kept running the blends looked at me confused, but they thought I was doing something else so they just kept doing what they were doing.

Me? On the other hand was running I turned around, then I saw the guys running at me. "Hey stop him!" One of the guys said. Then the blends started shooting at me, running at me. So I turned and ran faster and faster......I saw the gate, and kept running.

I was lucky the gate was open, and a car was coming in, I ran over there I got there. I got past the gate I looked back, but not stopping they were still running after me so I kept going. Pretty soon I was at the bridge running across I was about to cross over there, but I saw a group full of zombies. "Oh shit!" I mumble going back but the men/blends beat me to it, as they're going towards me.

I didn't know what to do, but the thing that stopped me was the water I walked towards, and I paused holding on the railings of the bridge looking either side of the bridge, and they were a dead end. I had no choice, but to jump, I didn't hesitate to stand up now Im on top of the railings then I let go falling, and falling then I landed in water......

I woke up coughing. Water came up from my mouth. I stayed where I was for a minute until they leave...

I can't believe I survived that!? I got up groaning in pain. I looked, and there was the bridge with the men for a while before getting back. I had to move fast so I got up, and head for the woods with the brown bag, now running into a car with a group full of Z's...I did what I had to do I couldn't run back I couldn't. I looked around, and I saw a a piece of glass, I grabbed it now ready to fight going forwards. I stabbed every Z except for the last two which the glass got stuck in one of the Z's

I kill, and then I looked around and there was this saucer thing, but it was good enough for me. I grabbed it like a shield then pushed one of the Z's down I smashed its brains with the Saucer thing then the last Z was over there. I grabbed the saucer then threw it to the Z like a frisbee then the Z's head came exploding. That was the last of the Z's...

I panted, and panted. I sighed in relief that it was over, then I carried on. I ran a few more miles, and I smiled on what I saw was a dead corpse, but that wasn't the case next to the corpse was a gun, and a motorcycle I walked towards the corpse grabbed the gun, and got on the motorcycle. I didn't know how to turn one on, and this was my first time on a motorcycle, eventually I turned a a little switch, and the motorcycle roared to like, I half smirked then continued on riding on the motorcycle.

At first I didn't know where to, but after a while I now knew where to go.
