The Double Date pt. 2

Chapter 10
Seths POV

The girls came out and we sat down at a booth. I sat across from Joci and held her hands from across the table. She was more focused on Lizzy though. This is what I get for going on a double date with my girlfriends best friend. I looked over at Zack and he was lovingly gazing at my sister. She was wearing her favorite My Chemical Romance shirt and jean shorts. He really seemed to like her. I'm glad she found someone who loves her.

Our pizzas arrived. There was one for Lizzy because she's a vegetarian pizza monster and two pepperoni pizzas for the rest of us. We ate them fast then left. We all got into Lizzys jeep and she tossed me the keys. I didn't know she trusted me to drive her baby. Zack and her got into ghetto back and Joci hopped into the passenger seat. I got into the drivers seat and drove as carefully as I could to the theater because I know if I dented it or hurt her car in any way I'd be dead.

We arrived at the theater and got tickets to see Incredibles 2. We are all children inside. We walked inside and I sat inbetween Joci and Lizzy. I couldn't take the girl gossip anymore. Zack sat on the other side of Lizzy. She looked like she was so in love. She found a good guy. Finally.

I grabbed Jocis hand and held it in mine. She blushed and went with it. The movie started. She leaned over onto my shoulder and I put my head on hers. I knew she was happy. And so was I. I wished this night would never end. It was perfect.

*TIME SKIP TO END OF MOVIE*

By the end of the movie Joci was asleep on my shoulder. I carefully woke her up and we went outside. I tossed the keys back to Lizzy and she drove us back home. I don't remember getting home. I must have fallen asleep but I woke up in my bed. Lizzy must have had Zack carry me in from the car. I went down stairs and Zack was asleep on the couch and my mom was in the kitchen making pancakes. He must have made a good impression on our mom fornher ti let him stay the night Lizzy and Joci were at the kitchen table making Nutella sandwiches for her and Zacks picnic later that day. I came in and kissed her on the forehead. She jumped onto a chair and whispered in my ear "I love you."
