Thursday December 22nd: SPA DAY! Green face masks, red nail polish, and lots of hot cocoa!
Friday December 23rd: Party at Christine Rainette's house, spend day getting ready.
Saturday December 24th (Christmas Eve): Last minute Christmas shopping, mall day!
Sunday December 25th (CHRISTMAS!!!): Christmas it upppppp!"Okay, Sarah. Tomorrow is the party. We need to treat ourselves to the most lavish, beautifying spa day of our lives. Or in simpler terms, you need to look hot tomorrow. For you know who." I laugh at her bluntness and then continue setting up the spa. We invited Anna to join us, but she had to decline; Aaron is taking her ice skating. How romantic.
"Okay, we have the nail station ready, the hair and face masks mixed, and the body scrubs made. Now we just have to fill the bath tub, and put in some oatmeal and epsom salt." We have bathing suits on, and are going to soak in the tub with face and hair masks on. Then we'll rinse everything out, trim our nails, and paint them. It's seven o'clock, an hour after dinner. We want to get all clean before bed so we can try out my new overnight face cream that I had bought.
"Well, let's get to it!"
Soon, we are soaking in the tub, listening to Christmas music, relaxing, and scrubbing ourselves with sugar. We decide to scrub our legs and then shave them so that they will look "extra smooth" for our outfits tomorrow. (You can learn so much from Pinterest.) While sitting in the tub, we completely plan out our outfits and hair, and they go something like this:
Taylor: A golden, sparkly dress with red heels and gold, dangling earrings. Hair in a braided updo, loose, the perfect amount of messy. Eye shadow that compliments her dress, and lipstick that matches the red of her shoes.
