Chapter 7

"Goodnight babe xx -Niall" Niall texts me every night before I go to bed. I know this sounds corny but I look forward to it.

"Goodnight, have you told your parents yet?" I quickly responded.

"Ill tell them first thing in the morning." He texted back.

"Okay see ya in the morning." I really didn't want this conversation to end but I know he's tired.

"See ya then beautiful (:" Niall texted back. I can never stop smiling after he calls me beautiful.

"Good morning gorgeous! Wish me luck fixing to tell mum and dad." Niall texted me like he does every morning.

"Good luck! xx " I texted him back.

I sat down my phone and got dressed. I threw on some skinny jeans, combat boots, and a really cute sweater. I curled my hair.

Niall is picking me up for school today. I love riding in his car, he is so much fun to be around.

"I'm here babe." Niall texted me.

"Coming." I replied.

I grabbed my backpack and ran downstairs. I saw Niall's car, and quickly walked over there and hopped in.

"Good morning babe." Niall said as he leaned over to kiss me.

"Good morning." I said pulling away from Niall.

"Soo... How'd it go?" I said as Niall pulled out of the parking lot of my apartment building.

Niall didn't say anything, this can't be good.

"Listen Niall..." I said grabbing Niall's hand. "If it's bad news, just say it."

He looked right at me, "Haha, I got you! You were really worried weren't you!"

"Ugh! Niall that's not funny!!" I said pulling my hand away from Niall's.

"I'm sorry." Niall said looking into my eyes.

"So what did they really say?" I ask begging Niall to tell me.

"They were hesitant at first, but they said to do whatever makes me happy." Niall said explaining to me.

"Yay!! I'm so happy for you Niall." I said, grabbing Niall's hand.

We pulled in to the school parking lot, and Niall parked the car in his usual spot. I reached to open the door to get out if the car.

"Wait Katie," Niall said grabbing my arm. I turn towards him and looked into his eyes, I could tell something was wrong.

"What's wrong babe," I asked Niall concerned.

"I... Ummm... I'm really scared, what if I'm not good enough?" Niall said looking down at our intertwined hands.

"Niall you are good enough! In fact sometimes I feel like your to good for me. I'm lucky to have you and so is every person in that audience and all those judges. I promise you are good enough, I wouldn't lie to you!" I said making eye contact with Niall.

"Thank you Katie. Will you go with me to my audition, it will be a lot easier with you there." Niall asked.

"Of course, Niall. I wouldn't miss it for the world. I'll go with you anywhere you wanna go." I kissing Niall on the cheek. "Now we better get going before we are late for class again, we wouldn't want to spend another day in detention." I said kidding Niall.

"Of course." Niall hopping out of the car. He walked over to open my door. He helped me out and stuck out his arm for me to link my arm into his.
