So now that I've told you a little bit about me and Elissa, I feel like I should tell you how she died, it's honestly pretty sad and it hurts me to talk about it but the curiosity within you can't take it any longer....
It was Sunday morning and such a beautiful day, the sky was an exemplary shade of blue and there wasn't one cloud in the sky, it was the crackle of bacon on the stove that awoke her in the first place and now she'd forgotten all about it, she wasn't the type to just go ahead and take food without permission, she was polite and had manners that everyone learned to live with. Occasionally you'd hear her correcting somebody on their grammar or implying that you should always use the words please and thank you when a gift is bestowed upon you or when you've asked for something and that someone does the thing that you've asked for. As she walked into the kitchen she watched her mom put the last bits of bacon on a small plate.
Elissa's mom had finished mopping just as Elissa finished her breakfast, her breakfast was a delicious one including bacon, sausage, and eggs, with a bit of toast on the side. Mmmmmm:
Her mom has a personal chef but she prefers to cook, occasionally their chef volunteers at the orphanage to cook for us, it's honestly a treat compared to the awfully tasteless blob of food that they normally force us to eat.
So anyway, Elissa's mom (Amber) had just finished mopping and went to the living room to watch Attack On Titan. Just then, as Elissa was heading toward the kitchen, her mom (forgetting to warn her that the floor had just been mopped) told her to make sure that all of the dishes in the sink are either in the dishwasher or fully washed by hand.
Just then, she made a decision, she really had to use the bathroom, so before completely stepping into the kitchen she sat her plate down on top of a small bookshelf and ran playfully to the bathroom. Suddenly her brother Jonathan awoke, even though he had his own bathroom, he decided to bug her and pleaded for her to get out immediately. She came out but when she came out she had jumped on him, they then started chasing each other around the house, she ran toward the kitchen and .......

Dear Diary,
A couple of days have gone by and Elissa hasn't come to school. I'm worried sick and she hasn't been returning any of my calls. It might be because her sister was born yesterday but I doubt she'd miss school because of that. I tried calling her brother but it was no use, Jonathan was an emotional wreck and had been crying and babbling some nonsense throughout the whole phone call, all I remember him saying is "It's all my fault, It's all my fault I can't believe it *sniffle** sob*". I wonder what happened and why he thinks it's his fault. He's a 17 year old boy and they normally don't own up to their faults, why is he doing it?
Sincerely, Alice
A day later I received the call, the one that ruined my life.
