I love using Andy Stocks' videos to learn songs; his daughter is a big 5 Seconds of Summer fan and he shows us how to play a whole bunch of 5sauce songs!!!
When i say "e string" i am referring to your thickest e string; "low e" refers to smallest string.
TEENAGE DREAM -- 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER
Intro
pinkie finger: 7th fret of b string
ring finger: 7th fret of g string
pointer finger: 5th fret of b string
--Play downstrokes of g and b strings (count 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 1)
remove your pinkie finger so you have your ring on 7th of g and pointer of 5th of b
--Continue play downstrokes of g and b strings (count 2 and 3 and 4 and)
Play twice__
Verses and Chorus
ring finger: 5th of e string
pinkie finger: 5th of a string
middle finger: 4th of g string
pointer finger: 3rd of b string
--mute open strings by laying your fingers back slightly once they are in this position--
--One downstroke then stop the strings
Slide your fingers down so that your pointer is on 7th of g and b (bars), remove your middle finger, pinkie finger will 9th of a string and ring finger will be 9th of e string.
--strum one time
Slide your fingers up so they look like this:
Pointer finger: 5th of b
Middle finger: 6th of g
Pinkie finger: 7th of a string
Ring finger: 7th of e string
--two downstrums
--play all through out the choruses and verses.

--mute the strings and do single fast downstrokes (count 1 and 2 and 3 and 4)
--slide all your fingers up two frets; single fast downstrokes (count 1 and 2 and 3 and 4)
--Slide your fingers down so that your pointer is on 7th of g and b (bars), remove your middle finger, pinkie finger will 9th of a string and ring finger will be 9th of e string; single fast downstrokes (count 1 and 2 and 3 and 4)
--Slide to this:

I found this relatively easier to play than the original version I found online.
