Today started of like any other day. I woke up in John's arm. I got up cooked us soup for breakfast and went out hunting for food. But everything thing changed on our way back to the house. We were ambushed, John told me to run and I did. But I couldn't leave him. So I hid behind a tree. I watched as the men knocked him out. I watched them carry away his unconscious body. I had no way of telling whether he was dead or alive. I stood and watched until they were out of sight, and then I feel to my knees, tears streaming down my face. He was gone and I didn't know where. By the time I decided to move from this spot it was dark. The moon was shining bright in the sky and there was millions of stars dotted around. I look up to them "I'll find you! I promise!" I cried. I stood to my feet and walked back In the direction of the house.....
