"So what exactly are we looking for?" Odin questioned following behind Lilly.
"Legend says yond thither is a passageway hidden hence and only the original owner knoweth about it." Lilly told Odin, "I has proof yond the passageway is on the second flo'r"
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Odin exclaimed. Lilly laughed. They raced up the stairs of the empty manor. Lilly pulled Odin to the room on the left. She opened to the creaky door and stepped into the dark room."The passageway shouldst beest hither." Lilly said searching the stone bricks. "Help me behold." Lilly began pressing on the stone bricks and feeling on the floor. Odin searched the walls for something different. Odin spotted on a stone brick near the ground was a tiny engraving of a leaf.
"Lily look!" Odin cried of joy. Lilly pressed her hand against it. She tried to pry the brick nothing happened. Odin tried as well. Nothing. Odin slumped against the wall. It was growing darker. Odin's stomach growled.
"What are we going to do?"
"Thither might not beest something. . ." Lilly said hopelessly.
Odin noticed a golden leaf hidden between two stone bricks. He ushered Lilly over and gently took the leaf out. It was no ordinary leaf. It seemed to be made out of golden thread. Odin handed it to Lilly. She placed it on the engraving and the walls split open!
The passageway was filled with cobwebs and dust. Odin coughed, choking on the dry air. Lilly sneezed. "Cometh on we art almost thither!"
The corridor curved up, down, left, and right for ages until they were in a big room. In the center of the room was a beautiful stone pillar. The pillar had strange images carven into it. On that pillar was...a book?!
"We came for a book?" Odin yelled his voice echoing throughout the room.
"Knowledge is power." Lilly said reaching for the book. It had intricate designs on it. "Thank thee Odin! Thee may wend home now!""B-But How?" Odin cried out, done with all this nonsense. Lilly handed him the book and the world began to spin. It was a tornado of colors yet again. The last thing Odin saw was Lilly's vibrant blue eyes and the happiest smile on her face. The world went black.
