Michael's P.O.V
We sat on the beach getting to know each other. This girl was really beautiful. She has the most stunning smile and long light brown hair that had natural waves. Her eyes were a piercing Blue Green colour and she had skin that resembled a porcelain doll.

"Michael?"
I was snapped out of my thoughts and turned my head to see Kayla looking at me with a tint of pink on her cheeks. I blushed and looked down at my hands.
"SO where are you from Kay?"
I asked her, giving her a little nickname.
"Im from Canada!"
She said suddenly really really happy.
"CANADA! That's awesome!"
I exclaimed, thinking about how bad I want to go there.
"Yeah. It's pretty awesome there."
She said and smiled to herself.
"SO who do you hang out with in this town?"
She asked me while playing with the white sand, letting it run through her fingers.
"Um- actually I don't really have any friends around here..... so yeah."
I said and chewed on my lip, a nervous habit of mine.
"Oh-well um.. why not?"
All of the sudden a crack of thunder was heard in the distance and it started to rain. Hard. She grabbed my hand and started running somewhere. I'm not sure where. We were fast approaching a small house near the beach and she pulled out a key and unlocked the door to the home. We entered and shut the door. After catching out breaths I heard her burst out laughing. Her laugh is so contagious that I can't help join in with her.
She ran off somewhere and then came back seconds later with some fluffy white towels and she handed me one. I dried off my hair and my clothes.
"Here I think I have some of my brothers clothes in that box over there."
She pointed to a box near the kitchen counter. She walked over and pulled out a sweater and some sweatpants and handed them to me.
"Bathroom is the first door to the left." She said and I nodded smiling at her. I made my way to the bathroom and turned on the light. It was completely empty, besides the shower, toilet and sink. I changed into the clothes and then tried to find the living room again. Once I got there I saw her putting blankets into the couch. She was wearing leggings and old school sweater and her hair was in two French braids.
"It's still pouring rain. You can stay here until it stops."
She said, giving me no option to say no.
"Okay."
I answered and sat on the couch, covering myself in blankets. She crawled under with me and curled up to my side.
"Can I be your friend Mikey?"
She asked me.
"Of course!"
I told her, hoping that one day we would be much more than just friends.
