Wreckers (Wheeljack love story)

Chapter 2

Springer showed Xia around and told her where her room was. Xia then walked through the base to her room. She was located near the medic bay and down the hall from the sparring room. She was sitting on the floor reading a book she had gotten from Alpha Trion, when she heard a pounding in her door. She could also hear voices. She opened the door and there stood TopSpin, Wheeljack, Bulkhead and HotShot. "May I help you", she asked? "Yes, you can", said Wheeljack with a hint of tension in his voice. "Who are you and why are you here, you don't even have an Autobot symbol". Xia looked down at her bare arm. "We'll if you must know I haven't gotten my symbols yet but I'll get them real soon", Xia snapped back. She went to close the door, but Wheeljack had other ideas. "Wrong answer", he shot back. Xia didn't time for their foolishness. She fully opened the door and pushed past them and began walking down the hallway. She could hear them following behind her. She went out the front and hurried to the Hall of Records. She knew Alpha Trion would have some sort of advice for her. He always did. She busted through the doors and saw Smokescreen polishing some of the relics. "Smoke, where is Alpha Trion", Xia asked with the utmost urgency? "He's in his workshop", he said. "What's wrong?" But before she could answer Wheeljack and Co came through the front door. She hurried through the Relic Room and into the hallway leading to Alpha Trion's workshop. She could still hear them behind her. Finally, she reached the workshop and Alpha Trion was building something on his work bench. "Father", Xia called out. He put down his tools and walked over to her. "What seems to be the problem my dear", he asked? Just then Wheeljack and friends burst into the workshop. "Them", she said turning towards them. "What is going on here", Alpha Trion said pushing her behind him. "We want to know who she is and why is she with the Wreckers", Wheeljack said pointing his swords at Xia. "For all we know she could be a spy with the Decepticons". She hid further behind Alpha Trion. "Well I'll give you all the answers you need, but there is no need to use force", Alpha Trion said pushing Wheeljack's swords down.

Alpha Trion plunged right into Xia's story beginning with her time with the Decepticons. He talked of her creator Shockwave and what evil she was supposed to bring upon the Autobots. She could feel their distrustful glances but Alpha Trion kept going. When she decided she didn't want to be evil she came over to the Autobots. He had taken her under his wing to show her everything he knew. He ended with Xia deciding she wanted to enter the Wreckers and be of some use to the Autobots. They all looked at her again this time with interest. Alpha Trion stood up. "Xia, I believe it is time for those symbols".

He went to the lab and picked up a strange looking device. He signaled for her to spread her arm out. He pointed the strange device at her arm and a few moments later a Autobot symbol was visible on her arm. All of the Wreckers applauded even Wheeljack. She got up and headed towards the door. Before she could leave she felt a servo on her back. It was Wheeljack. He held it out to her. "Welcome to the Wreckers".
