Can I ask you a question?

That's why I am here, yes?

Do you know why?

Why?

Yes...

Why you feel like crying? Is that correct?

Yeah, it is...

Why do you ask?

Because I have no idea what causes me to feel like crying. The tears well up in my eyes when I have no cause to cry.

I believe you know why. For I know why. And I only know that which you know.

Will you still tell me? Tell me why?

Of course. You have simply been strong for too long. Stop holding the tears back and let them fall. Or they will continue to plague you and blur your vision until you break.

So how do you stop being strong?

It is not that you must stop being strong. Many strong men and women cry. Tears are not the result of being weak. To cry is not to show weakness, it shows that you are brave enough, strong enough, to ask for help or comfort when it is needed.

But doesn't that also mean trust in people? How can I trust others if I cannot trust even myself?

You have old scars and new wounds caused by lies. They hurt, old and new alike, I know. And that pain has damaged your trust. But you have the strength to trust.

I am...strong enough?

Yes...

How are you so sure?

Your tears are proof.

My tears?

Heh...You're crying. That is all the proof you need. But I think it is time I leave you alone to your thoughts.

You're leaving?

Never. I am a part of you.  You need to think by yourself, though, and not have me tell you all the things you already know.

To be completely honest, I don't fully know what's going on. I have some guesses of course, but they're mine to keep. ;) You'll have to decipher this on your own.

I wasn't completely paying attention to what I was writing when working on this. I wrote with my heart, not my brain, and this was the result. I decided not to revise it at all, so I'm sorry if it seems weird/awkward/horrible.
