Kara was driving to National City to see Winn , Alex , Hank and Eliza. Of course Kara would have to tell everyone she is pregnant with the Flash's / Barry Allen's child. Of course Eliza and Alex knew that Kara was already dating Barry but Winn and James knew nothin of what happened since she left National City.

Kara met Alex and Eliza at her childhood home and while she was waiting for Winn and James so she decided to tell Alex and Eliza what is different and what has happened since the last time she saw them. Kara decided to tell Alex first as it wouldn't be such a big surprise to her.

Kara : Alex I need to tell you something very important that you must not tell anyone because I wanted to tell you first before anyone else

Alex : Yeah sure what is it Kara , you're starting to scare me please I can't stand the tension tell me

Kara : How do I phrase this? You're going to be an aunt in less than a year

Alex : What so you're basically telling me you're pregnant with a baby inside you and whose child is this?

Kara : Chill Alex Chill you remember when I got a boyfriend otherwise known as the Flash

Alex : yeahhhhhhh

Kara : well it's his child

Alex : you mean you got a superflash baby growing inside your stomach at the moment

Kara : yeahhh that sort of sums up what I have been doing in Central City while being Supergirl and I've got a super smart doctor friend called Caitlin Snow.

So Alex now knows that she is basically going to be an aunt now mutters Kara , "Kara" says Alex "I need to tell you something"

Kara : Yeah what?

Alex : You know how Maxwell Lord has turned over a new leaf

Kara : yeahhh

Alex : Well I'm sort of part of it , I'm his girlfriend

Kara starts crying joyfully saying you finally found someone who won't use you for secrets and inside info cos Max knows all about that
