Hey Caitlin how you doing today ? Me and Caitlin were on our last month of our pregnancies but I heard kryptonite pregnancies are slightly less time than a human pregnancy. Me and Caitlin were talking about what we were doing later today and how Cisco and Barry was ? I suddenly felt water trickling done my leg and I said um Caitlin, she replied yeah what is it kara? My water just broke she said as she flinched in pain.

Caitlin POV
I quickly moved kara to the med bed and I'm not taking to a hospital because she's a kryptonite and I also know Alex has got a medical degree in midwifery like me . Kara spoke call my sister and Eliza got it . Kara could delay labour for like 2 hours. I'm quickly going to phone Alex and Eliza .

Alex phone call
Caitlin : hello is this Alex danvers ?
Alex : yeah what's wrong ? Who is this ?
Caitlin : my name is Caitlin snow and I'm Kara's best friend and do you know where 2 couples is
Alex ; yeah please tell me what's wrong with kara
Caitlin : she needs you and he's in labour
Alex : I'm on my way now

Caitlin : hello I this Eliza danvers
Eliza : yes it is , what you calling for ?
Caitlin : it's kara she's in labour
Eliza : what I'm on my way now

How is she doing Alex and Eliza asked I replied well being a kryptonite she has been able to slow down her labour , I need to tell Barry I'll be back soon

Barry I need you to get over here NOW kara is going into labour but has been able to slow it down but get here NOW and tell joe it's kara
