She looked down at the ground now covered in blood. A tear managed to escape. She looked over at the victim. She's been in this job for a while; shouldn't she be used to it by now? She already found her soul mate, he was dreamy. The way his blonde hair fell over his beautiful grey eyes. She examined the victim closely and looked at his file. Got run over by a car after finding his soul mate. He was so blinded by "love" or so they call it, that a speeding driver hit him after he didn't look both ways. Such a shame. She sent the body away. Nothing she could do about it now. Before she went home to her husband and daughter after a long day at work, she grabbed a cake she ordered. Her daughter was going to find her soulmate the next day. When she got home she saw her daughter and hugged her. "Oh, baby." She said, stroking her daughter's gorgeous brown hair, "I know it's hard but you will be just fine." She held her crying daughter. "I'm going to miss you guys." Her daughter replied. She smiled into her daughter's shoulder. "Autumn it's going to be ok." She led Autumn into the kitchen. "I made brownies for your friends and bought you a cake." She squeezed her daughter one last time before disappearing into her office. She heard footsteps and swiveled her chair around. "Hey." Her husband smiled his award-winning smile, "Hey beautiful." He walked over and slid his hands around her waist. He leaned into kiss her and she accepted the gesture. She smiled into the kiss when she heard her daughter calling for her in the kitchen. "Duty calls." She smiled and walked out of the room. Her husband grabbed her by the waist and pulled her into his lap. "Oh; I'm not done with you yet," he growled. She giggled and kissed his forehead and pushed herself off of her husband. She swayed her hips walking out and heard her husband groan. She smirked. "Yes Autumn?" She said. She gasped and let out a cry. She was dead. But how? There was a knife next to her and cuts all over her arm. But why? She committed suicide? She was going to meet her soulmate tomorrow! Maybe she didn't want to meet her soulmate..? "Jack.." She cried. Her husband came into sight. "What's wrong hon-" he stopped short and looked at his baby girl. Dead. He held his crying wife and sobbed. They crumpled onto the ground and knew that they would never see their baby girl alive, well, and with the love of her life.
