Good Luck

(Y/N)'s POV

I run along the subway platform, barely making it through the doors before they close. A few adults here and there give me looks telling me I should be in school, but I just glare back.

I know I should be in school, but today's the second day of volleyball prelims, and I told Kageyama I'd be there.

I already hitchhiked to the subway, and now all I have to do is take it to the game. In the back of my kind I know how much easier it would be if I just became the assistant manager and rode with them to the games, but there's no way in hell I'm doing that.

Finally I make it to the court. Tons of tall players are everywhere, some pushing six feet.. Even Hinata won't stand a chance-

"(L/N)-chan is that you!?" a familiar voice cries out. I grin as I turn to see Oikawa. He wraps me in a hug before I can get away, and then pulls back, "Why didn't you come to Blue Castle with me (L/N)?"

Then a boy even taller than Oikawa hits him on the head, "Leave her alone."

"But Iwa-san she's my friend!" Oikawa laughs, "Right (L/N)?"

"Sure Oinkawa." I laugh.

He glared at me before asking, "Why are you here?"

"I'm looking for Kageyama."

"Ohhhhhh are you two finally dating?"

"Of course not! I'd never date that dumbass!" I shout.

"Well that's good.. I could help you find Karasuno if you'd like." He smirks.

"That's fine I'll do it on my own." I glare as I walk away.

"I hope you cheer for me too!" Oikawa calls after me.

I turn to say something to him, but I run into someone else, hitting my head on theirs. I fall on my butt, rubbing my forehead, before I shout, "Why don't you watch where you're going jerk!"

I look up to see Hinata, like he's about to puke.

"Oh it's you Hinata!" I smile, helping him up.

He nods, clutching his stomach. And points to the restroom.

"Oi Hinata hurry the hell up so we can practice!" I hear Tobio yell.

"Kageyama?" I call out, not seeing him in the crowd.

"So you did make it." he says jabbing my arm.

"Did you doubt me?" I ask smirking.

"You're not exactly known for keeping promises." he rolls his eyes.

"And what the hell is that supposed to mean?" I glare.

"Don't worry about it, just go up to the watching section, and snag a seat before it starts."

"Who're you playing?"

"Aoba-Josai."

"Oh.." I say, wishing I had come-

"Don't overthink it, we're going to win."

I nod, "Good luck Kageyama."

Without thinking I kiss his cheek before running up to the viewing section, my face turning pink. I can't believe I did that! What did Tobio think..? Whatever, it's not like it will change anything. Not that I would want it to either.. Like I told Oikawa, I'd never date dumbass Kageyama.
