Adopted by Kaname Kuran

Prologue

     As Akatsuki Kain and Aidou Hanabusa were out exterminating Level E vampires that were a danger to Yuki Cross and all other humans they never anticipated coming across something life-changing. 

    Akatsuki noticed a flash of brown and peach color while he was rushing past. "Hanabusa," he called. He walked to it and what he saw shocked him. It was a little girl. She didn't look that healthy, though. "Hanabusa we should bring this back to Dorm President Kuran and let him decide what to do." 

    They did just that. Aidou carried the child inside the Moon Dorms and SeiRen saw them. "Lord Kaname," she called. He walked to the stairwell. 

    "I thought I smelled a human. What are you two thinking?"

    "Kuran-Sama, this child was out cold on the ground. We thought it best to report it. She's only an infant and needs help," Aidou explained. 

     "Very well then. Bring her up to the parlor and I'll do the rest," he sighed. He noticed Akatsuki looked worried. "Akatsuki speak."

      "I had seen a couple dead bodies before her. I'm guessing they were her parents," he reported. 

      "I will address the issue with headmaster Cross. After I nurture this girl into a healthy sleep," Kaname assured. With that he shut the door to the parlor and walked over to the injured girl. Little did he know, she'd have no choice but to be in the night class.
