Chapter 6

He looked up at me and smiled. He took the phone from my hands.

"Thank you."

I bowed again with the puppy in my arms. I walked away until he called for me.

"Excuse me.."

I turned around and looked at him.

"Do you know where Hanja Park is?"

(A/N: It's a made-up name)

That's where I'm going...

"Ne, I'm going there."

"Ahh, can I come along?"

"S-sure..."

He ran up towards me and walked beside me. It kinda reminded me of Taehyung but whatever!

We walked and walked in silence because I didn't talk nor did he. I guess we're both quite similar.

I stopped and so did he. I looked at him.

"We're here."

"Already?"

I nodded. I turned in the front again and sat down on the swing. I was patting the puppy until he sat down next to me.

"What's your puppy name?"

I shook my head. But surprisingly he understood.

"Then who's?"

"I don't know.. it was abandoned."

"Ahh... well?"

"Well?"

"Well since it's not yours yet... can I have it?"

I looked at the puppy and back at the guy. I nodded and gave him the puppy. He smiled holding and giving the puppy and looked at the puppy before looking back at me.

"Thank you again! I've always wanted a puppy."

I nodded my head and looked at him playing with the puppy.

"Ah, right. What's your name?" He asked.

"Waeyo?"

"I want to be friend with you. You seems nice, caring, polite, and very warm hearted. You even let me have this cute little puppy."

I stayed quite debating if I should or not tell him.

"Anyways, I'm Jungkook. Jeon Jungkook."

I looked at him in the eyes and back at the ground.

"I-I'm N-Na Young. Jung Na Y-Young."

"Na Young? It's a pretty name."

I looked around and spotted someone spying on us. I looked closer and saw the shoes of a guy.

I looked at Jungkook and back. I guess they're following him because no one followed me on the way here until when I bumped to him.

"Let's go. It's getting late."

He got up and walked in front of me. I saw the guy holding a knife behind his back walking towards Jungkook.

I looked at Jungkook who's walking in front of me. I ran up towards Jungkook when the guy ran towards him too.

I pushed him down the grass and saw the guy coming at me with the knife. I quickly grabbed his arm and turned around and flipped him over.

I looked back at Jungkook who's holding the puppy around his arms. I sighed and walked towards him.

I helped him up and sighed because I kinda lost the energy to talk.

"Let's go." I said.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt!?"

I shook my head. He sighed and nodded. We walked side by side until something sharp entered me. I stopped walking and dropped on my knees. Jungkook continued walking because he didn't see me behind him.

"Na Young?" He asked.

Go..! Run..! Run Jungkook!

"Na Young??" He said again.

I looked behind me and saw the guy smirking as he's still holding the knife behind my stomach. It was starting to be hard to breathe.

I looked back at Jungkook and saw him stopped walking.

No.. no. Don't turn around!

He turned around and saw me. He putted the puppy down slowly. I took a look from the corner of my right eye and saw him smiling as his other arm choking me around my neck.

"Na Young-ah!!" He shouted as he ran towards me.

The guy took out the knife and held it up to stab me again. I closed my eyes and waited for the stab. But I didn't feel anything besides my stomach hurting like hell.

I opened my eyes happened to see Jungkook in front of me worried.

"Na Young, are you okay?"

What happened...

"Na Young-ah! Are you okay?!"

"What happened..? Where did he go?"

Jungkook sighed and looked at me still worried. I sighed in my mask and  stood up. But my body feels weak and my stomach is burning.

Again we walked side by side together until I couldn't help anymore.

"It's soo.. blur-"

Before I can finished my sentence, I blacked out.

-Jungkook's POV-

I was walking with the cute puppy on my arms until I smelled blood. Sweet blood. It was coming behind me. I stopped walking and turned around. I happened to see Na Young bleeding from the guy.

Did she got stabbed for saving me..?

I slowly putted the puppy down and my mode was on.

"Na Young-ah!" I shouted as I ran towards her.

The guy pulled out the knife of her and was about to stab her again but I grabbed his neck and smashed his body on a tree and broke his neck. I threw him at the forest far away as possible. I quickly ran back at Na Young.

"Na Young, are you okay?" I asked.

She didn't answer back so I tried again.

"Na Young-ah! Are you okay?!"

"What happened..? Where did he go?" She asked.

I sighed and looked at her. She sighed in her mask and stood up.

We walked side by side together. But I kept looking at her worried.

"It's soo.. blur-"

She fell forward between her talk and I caught her in my arms. I looked at her face for a quick 10 seconds and headed to the hospital with all my strength.
