More Than This (Uris love story)

I wish

Can I just say that I'm actually truly sorry. I'm haven't updated in months and I'm really sorry. Now is the test period and the teachers keep on giving us assessments we have to complete. Not to mention, some days we have so many tests on one day. Anyway, there will be a major time skip here because if you remembered how I ended off the last chapter then you'll understand.
3 years later
Our little baby girl who we've nurtured together has grown up to be a fierce toddler.
"Selena! C'mon baby girl! Go wake up daddy! We have to give him his surprise!"
"Okway mwummy!"
She immediately ran from the kitchen where we were preparing a breakfast feast for for a king. Sooner or later, I heard the loud chuckling of Uriah as Selena told him the knock knock joke she's repeated so many times.

Uriah walked to the kitchen with Selena in his arms. He planted a kiss on my lips before starting to set the table.

Today I decided to do a DNA test for Selena. Even though she's my daughter, I'm not sure if she's Uriah's or not. I know I shouldn't be making assumptions,  but there's nothing in her facial features that Uriah has. She has the same nose and mouth as me. But strangely her eyes and hair are like Four's.

"Uri you going to work today?"
"Unfortunately yeah. I would love to stay at home with you two but duty calls!" He said while bopping me on the nose.
After all these years he's still kept his childish behaviour.

I giggled before wiping the bacon grease he smeared all over his cheek s
whilst eating clumsily. Unfortunately to which he grabbed my hand and kissed me. Which led us to a whole make out session. I slapped his hand.
"Keep it PG!"
" Ok! Ok!"
" I gave to go now babe. Bye!" He kissed Selena's cheek then kissed me.
Once he departed, I herded Selena towards the bedroom.
"Come on bubs! We have to go to the doctor!
She nodded happily and started getting ready.

It wasn't that long till we reached the hospital. I've been there only occasionally,to help give check ups on Selena.
We walked up to the receptionist.
"Hello, appointment for Mrs. Pedrad?" Yes. You and Uriah were happily married. He proposed 2 years ago and you happily agreed.
" Doctor Cox will be here shortly,"
I beamed at he'd then led Selena to the waiting area. Just as we were about to sit down, a lady's voice called out.
"Mrs. Pedrad?"
"Yep, that's me!"
"Will you please follow me?"
I nodded and lifted Selena up into my arms.
We walked into a white walled room.
"So what is the problem Tris?"
"I need to get a DNA test for Selena here,"
I was lucky that she was younger as she wouldn't be able to understand us.
Dr. Cox nodded.
She took Selena into a separate room. After running a few tests, she walked out.
" The results won't come immediately. So I need you to come back in a week and collect them.
"Sure,"
I picked up Selena, bid goodbye to Dr.Cox and left the hospital.

Well, I'll just have to wait and wish that the results are what I wanted.
