Percy POV

When I woke up I smelt pine.
"Hey Thals. When did you get here."
A voice that was definitely not Thalia spoke
"Um, Percy, wrong cousin. "
I could here the held back laugh in her voice. I scrambled away from Artemis honestly thinking it was Athena. When I saw it was just Artemis I let out a long breath of relief.

Artemis had promised to never turn me into a furry critter and hunt me. So I figured I was safe. That was before I fell asleep in her arms on my couch.

Now I wasn't so sure if I was safe. "Please don't turn me into a rabbit! I never meant to-wait did I do anything wrong?"

"No, Percy, you didn't do anything wrong. You just slept in my arms and wouldn't let go. You talk in your sleep by the way. Do I really, and I quote, 'Smell of the perfect combination of silver and forest.'"

"Um..." Percy replied nervously." You kind of do. Please don't turn me into a rabbit. Percy said the last part quickly.

"So what are you doing here?" Percy asked. "I would have thought you would be hanging out with your hunters. Not that I don't enjoy your company."

"I came to ask Hestia how your recovery from... that place was going. I wasn't expecting to see you here though. So why are you here rather than with that daughter of Athena?"

I started tearing up at the mention of my ex girlfriend." I caught her kissing Jason. Shit! I need to go find Piper. Can one of you send me to Camp Jupiter? She should be there."

"I will. I need to see if there are any possible recruits there for the Hunt as well."

"Thank you milady," turning back to Hestia I said,"I'll be back in a little with Piper. Let's go Lady Artemis."

"Please just call me Artemis."

"Ok... Arty." Percy replied as soon as they flashed away.
