Now, it creeps upon you.
True, these emotions can be painful,
only the strong can bear them.Much like a small child,
they scare you into hiding. All eyes feel frightening as they bore into you, trapping you under their gaze.
The thoughts of many that had once never mattered now whisper their dark words in your ears at night.
Moments alone bring chills to your bones and tears to your eyes.
Fear creeps along into your spirit,
the new presence in your mind. Those once bright lights in your heart now constantly flicker, flicker, flicker.
Cold envelopes you,
no other source can diminish it.Where was the warmth you once felt?
Is this not fated to last?
