CHAD and I skipped class to talk. We wandered the halls. Freeman cut me deep, but it had strangley already healed. I showed Chad the fresh scar, and he wasn't happy.

"Freeman did thsi to you!" he whispered fiercely, being sure not to get caught.

"Babe, it's okay. But he told me to stay away from you."

"Ashley, don't listen to the ghost. He hates me."

"Why, Chad?" I questioned. "What are we missing?"

"I don't know."

"I'm going to the graveyard." I left the school.

Ten minutes later, I was standing at the entrance of the only graveyard in town, Miracle Cemetary. It was empty of the living. I fought George Freeman's burial site rather easily, since there weren't many graves, and the principal's spirit was hovering over the tombstone.

"What are you doing here?" he asked with bitterness in his voice.

"I don't know, I just had the feeling I needed to come."

He continued. "Your answers will be found here."

"Finally. I'm ready for this nightmare to be over."

"It's not over, Ashley. You won't like the answers you find. I'm sorry." He pointed to a stone at the other end of the cemetary.

I walked over to the grave. It wan't like the other ones, just a rock with a name and two dates. You could tell no one cared about this person, because the site was in horrible condition.

I struggled to read the stone, but when I did, I broke down crying. It read, Marty Brady, 1931-1952. I knew it was the same Marty that took so much from me.

"I'm pregnant." I remebered Christie say.

"I sense evil when Chad's around." Freeman had told me.

"Chad... Brady." Chad acted like there were secrets surronding his last name. I remebered Principal Freeman's attack on Chad.

I added everything I knew up, and gasped in horrifying realization.

"You weren't supposed to see this, Ashley." I turned from Marty's grave to come face-to-face with Chad.

"Chad!" I shrieked.

"I didn't want things to be this way." he said coldly.

"I know your secret Chad,"

"Do you now?" Marty appeared beside Chad in the unusually dark graveyard.

"Why didn't you tell me? I could have helped you." I said to Chad, ignoring Marty.

"No you couldn't have!" he shouted. "Marty was there for me. He befriended me, and cared about me like no one else could."

"Hello Ashley." Marty chuckled. "Hello again Chad." His voice was like the icey cold snow in the winter.

"Hello Great Granfather." Chad, descendent of my my worst enemy, laughed.
