I haven't been able to write because Kris has abused me so much, that I haven't been able to write. I can't sleep at night,because I never know when Kris could attack. I usually will sit in the corner of my room, and watch the door. I can't wait for practice tomorrow.

2-9-11 

Omg!! Preston, Sonny, Kyle, Chris, Sean and Jesse all walked me out to Kris's car, and had a talk with him. i am so scared right now. 

Ok I'm home now and there wasn't a fight at the school. I hope that Kris doesn't..... I just heard something... it's Kris and he has a bat.

2-10-11

Yesterday night was horrible. I almost died. Kris came running up the stairs yelling, "Why did you tell them! Why!". He grabbed me and threw me against the wall and starting hitting with a metal bat. Then I was able to grab my phone and crawl away. I fell down the stairs got up and locked myself in the bathroom. I knew that wouldn't stop him. As I was dialing 911, he broke down the door, I didn't have enough time to call, so i punched the window and crawled through. He had me trapped, then I remembered that text message I made in case it got this bad. I quickly sent it to all of my wrestlers. 

Then Kris grabbed my phone and broke it, thats when I started to crawl away, buy i was to slow. He grabbed me by the throat and threw me down the basement stairs. As I tried to get up, he kicked me and lifted me up by the throat. Than all of a sudden, I heard the most beautiful noise ever. It was the sound of a police siren. Then I saw the cops and my wrestlers. And i finally knew I was safe.
