The Player That Got Played

Exposed

The lunch bell rang so I grabbed everything that I needed and went to the garden. I was in the middle of listening to my music when I felt someone's presence around me. I opened my eyes and looked up. I then smiled once she showed me what was on her phone. 

"I'll see you in a few." I said. She smirked then nodded her head. She went back to the cafeteria and I continued to listen to my music until I got a message from Daehyun. 

The text from him said to go meet him in the cafeteria. I placed my phone into my pocket and got up. I made my way to the cafeteria. Once I found where Daehyun was in the crowd, I ran over to him with a smile. 

"Daehyun!" I shouted while smiling. "Why did you wanted to meet here?" I asked while hugging onto his arm like I always do when I'm with him. He looked down at me then smirked. He pushed me away from him.

"Don't touch me." He said rudely. 

"But," I said then looked up at him with a mixture of sad and shocked expression. Slowly, everyone started to gather around the two of us. He looked down at me again and started to laugh a little. 

"You really think that I would ever date you?" He asked.

"W-what do you mean by that?" I asked while slowly getting closer to him. "You're never like this when we're out together." I said while slowly shaking my head. 

"You still don't get it, do you? I was acting the whole time. No one will like a nerd like you. It was all a bet." He said then held up a wad of money. There, he said it. He finally said it. I looked up at him and smirked. 

"You think you're the only one playing games?" I asked. His expression slowly started to change. 

"What do you mean by that?" He asked. I took off the thick glasses that I had on and turned around to face the two queenkas, Eunsol and Jihye. 

"Thank god, that's off. My eyes are hurting." I said to myself while rubbing my eyes. I then looked back at Daehyun. "You're not the only one who did all this for a bet." I said then held up my hand. Eunsol then placed a wad that was thicker than the one in Daehyun's hand on mine. 

"Dating you made me realize a couple things." I said while walking around Daehyun. "I realized that even when you treat girls badly, the girls here would still want you. You will play with people's feeling then break them. And all of you are stupid enough to still go after him." I said while pointing at everyone in the cafeteria. I turned around to look at Daehyun. "He's nothing but a shallow player." I said while pointing at him. "You disgust me." I said while glaring at him. 

I ripped off the necklace that he gave me and threw it at him. "Maybe, you can give this cheap necklace to your next girlfriend, that's if you ever get another one." I said. I handed the money back to Eunsol and looked around the cafeteria for a specific person. 

Once I found her, my smirk widened. "You," I said while pointing at the girl that  called me a slut the other day in the bathroom. "Come." I mouthed while wiggling my finger. She slowly made her way in front of me. I raised my hand up and slapped her. "That's for attacking me." I said. I raised my hand up again and slapped her for the second time. "That's for calling me a slut when you're the one who's throwing yourself at him. You're desperate as fuck." I said then pushed her away from me. 

I looked at everyone in the cafeteria again. "You all disgust me, with the except of few. All of you judges someone without getting to know them first. All you people are shallow as fuck. I can't stand you people." I said then turn to face Eunsol and Jihye. "Let's go before someone actually gets hurt." I said while linking arms with them. Once we got to the rooftop, Eunsol immediately handed me the wad of money.

"Here you go." She said.

"No." I said while pushing her hand towards her. "You keep it." I said.

"But it was a bet and you did what you were supposed to do." Eunsol said.

"You keep it, I don't want it anyway." I said. She looked at the money then back at me. 

"Thank you." She said. 

~ Flashback ~

I sighed as I got my backpack and made my way to where our usual hangout spot was. "Hey, why you look so down?" Jihye asked. "I got expelled for fighting." I said. "But you're not the type of person that would fight someone randomly. What happened?" Eunsol asked. "I walked past a girl bullying another girl. You know that I hate bullying and shit. So, I told the girl politely to stop but instead she threatened me. She was the one who made the first move and yet, I'm the only one who got expelled." I said while looking down. "Hey, cheer up, now you can go to school with us!" Jihye shouted while smiling. "We would have so much fun together." Eunsol said while smiling too. I smiled too. "I guess I can try going to your school. I just hope that I won't get expelled there." I said. They giggled a little. "You want to make a bet?" Eunsol asked. I looked up at her with curiosity. "What kind of bet?" I asked then tilted my head slightly. "If you date a guy named Jung Daehyun, without exploding until he breaks up with you, then I'll give you this wad of money." She said. "Woah, that's a lot of money." I said. "But when he breaks up with you, you'll have to expose him for bring a player." She said. "You got it." I said while smiling. 

~ Flashback End ~

The two girls that winked at me on the first say, was those two. I've been on my phone a lot because I was texting them. Earlier today, Jihye  was the one who walked to the garden and showed me the text that Daehyun sent to everyone to go to the cafeteria. Everything's back to normal, now. I get to be myself, now.
