When it came to biology Y/N was neither at the top nor at the bottom of her class. Barry Allen on the other hand, was good at almost everything – at least that's what Y/N thought. That's why she was shocked when he one day, suddenly came over to her with his dashing smile and looks.
"Hey, Y/N!" She didn't know how to respond. Ever since she had known of him, Y/N had dreamt of how it would be if he talked to her. Though never in her wildest ones, she would ever think he would do it! So when he gave her a somewhat nervous laugh, she snapped out of her mute trance.
"Oh.. uhm, hi!" Y/N nearly dropped her books, and Barry's hands shot forward and later pulled them back again when he realized no harm was done.
"I wondered if you could help me out in Biology, I- uh, couldn't get what Mrs. Grimm taught us last lesson," he smiled at her yet again, and brought his hand up to his neck, rubbing it lightly.
"Oh, well uhm... well I weren't there... but I bet Abby has it all sorted out," Y/N's eyes refocused to the bindings on her books, but when she heard the green eyed brunette in front of her sigh, her eyes met his gaze.
His green orbs, and his sharp eyebrows expressed frustration and confusion. He didn't know how he should handle it from there, though as if lightning had struck: He boldly told her: "Y/N, I really don't want to go ask Abby about Biology-notes," it was Y/N's turn to get confused: Abby was the smartest one in their year, she had control of every subject – including biology. Why would he not want to talk to her if he had a problem with understanding it?
"Y/N, what do you think about Belly Burgers?"
"Uhm... depends if the burger has pickles on it or not, why?" She smiled at his random question, loving his quirkiness.
"Well, what do you think about going on a date with me to Belly Burgers?"
A/N: Ok, so this was a longer than my other "Barry when..."s, though I guess I got a bit carried away. :)) Sorry it's been so long since last update, but I really don't have a better excuse than those I've given you before:/
