He's going on a plane
Because of Barry's powers, it's been a long time since Barry actually used a plane for transport. But since you're not informed that he's the flash, he can't just run over to you.
So now he's waiting to go boarding on his delayed plane, snapping you as he waits. He updates you on how it's going with funny pics of either him or the people around him.
