Maera's POV
"Maeranna, Aragorn, go on search for a creature named Gollum." Gandalf and Ada burst into the room
"Why?" I asked
"Gollum had the ring first but then Bilbo Baggins found it. Find Gollum before our enemy does." Ada said
"Slow down. Tell us whats wrong." I said
"The ring of power is found by Gollum but after he lost it, it was found by Bilbo Baggins. We need to find Gollum before he leaks any answers to our enemy." Gandalf said
"Bilbo?" I asked
"Yes."
Flashback
I walked pass through Legolas and out of the dungeon halls. I went from one hallway to another and suddenly I fell backwards. Nothing was there.
"I am so sorry." A hobbit suddenly appeared
I suddenly screamed for no good reason.
"Shhhhh! Please! I won't hurt you." He whispered
"I am here with the dwarves. Thorin told me about an elleth who is joining us." He started
"And that, I presume, is you." He continued
"True." I said
I got up to my feet and my elven ears hear footsteps coming fast.
"Disappear again! Someone is coming!" I whispered
The hobbit put on his golden ring and disappeared
Flashback ends
So thats the ring.
"We need to leave right away. Split up and search throughout Middle Earth. Prevent from getting caught." Gandalf said
"Go now, we have no time to waste." Ada said
"Yes, ada. Tell Arwen and twins about this. I wouldn't want them worrying." I said
He nodded and we made sure that we have weapons and of course, I am in my hunting outfit and well prepared. I got on Alea and she flew. I saw Gandalf heading to the Shire while Aragorn went into Mirkwood. I decided to make my way to Gondor. As I arrived, I was greeted by Stewart of Gondor and his sons. "Lady Maeranna, what brings you here, in Gondor?" He asked
"I am here to look for a creature, named Gollum. Have you seen him?" I asked
"I'm sorry, but we haven't." He said
"Alright. Boromir, I need to talk to you." I said
He nodded and led me to the garden.
"What is it?" He asked
"The ring of power has been found. My father will surely held a council meeting. And I want you to join." I said
"Me?"
"Yes, you. I want to have a friend standing beside me in battle." I said
"Of course. I will be there, you can count on it." He said
"Good."
He smiled. I ran out of the garden and hop on Alea and she flew but in a distance, I saw Gandalf riding his horse. We flew down.
"Gandalf, I couldn't find him." I said
"Thats because he is already in the hands of our enemy. Find Aragorn and fly to Bree. Frodo and Sam are there. Bring them back to Rivendell." He said
I nodded and we flew to Mirkwood. As much as I hated going here, I have no choice. We landed in the entrance of the palace. And I looked around for a moment, nothing has changed.
"Maeranna?" A voice called out
I looked to my left and saw Tauriel. She ran up to me and gave me a hug. I didn't hug her back because I felt anger towards her.
"I missed you." She said
I looked down to calm myself from bursting out and look back up to her.
"Have you seen Aragorn?" I asked
"In the king's throne room." She said
"Please bring me there." I said
She nodded and led me to the throne room.
"Gollum has not pass by our borders." A familiar voice said
Tauriel went in first and said "Excuse me, my lords, but Lady Maeranna is here to see Lord Aragorn."
"Lady Maeranna?" The familiar voice asked
I walked in and saw King Thranduil and Aragorn. "I apologize for our sudden appearance but we will be on our way."
Aragorn looked at me. But before he could say anything, I said, "that is no longer our orders."
"What do you mean?" He asked
"Please, excuse us." I said and dragged Aragorn out of the room.
"Gollum is already on the enemy's hands. But there is hope. Find Frodo Baggins and Samwise Gamgee in Bree, bring them back to Rivendell. I'll try to distract the Ringwraiths (Nazgul)." I said
"Will you be alright?" He asked
"I will, don't worry." I said
We enter the throne room to say our goodbyes and left.
"We better hurry, the Nazguls will be there anytime now." I said while we walked quickly towards the door.
"We need 2 eagles for this matter." Aragorn said
"If I don't come back for a week it means, I'm dead." I said while looking at Aragorn
He looked at me with disappointment and looked back front and his eyes widened
"Prince Legolas." Aragorn greeted
Hell on earth.
"What brings you here?" Legolas asked
"Orders." I answered
Legolas looked down
"Come on, Aragorn. We have no time to waste." I said while walking passed Legolas
"Search the whole village, leave no stone unturned. I'll take care of the Nazguls, get the hobbits to safety at once, its your first priority." I said
We get on our eagles and spread out in Bree. The village gets darker and darker. Aragorn is no where to be found. I wait near the entrance of Bree and watched. The door suddenly fell of its hinges. The Nazguls have arrived
