Grant watched the kids preform and it turned out, one was worst than the next.

Grant was just watching so that something would amuse him. He knew Jason wasn't performing.

He eyed the girl he liked and saw that a guy had his arm around her. 'They're thirteen. Jesus Fucking Christ.' Grant thought to himself as he looked over at him.

Grace was now awake and just watching the people performing just like her father was doing.

It eventually came time when Jason walked out and sat down at the piano.

Grant saw what he was going to do and started rolling the video camera.

Jason looked up to see some guys giving him glares. He knew that he just needed to take a deep breath and let his perfect pitch do the job.

He cracked his fingers and started playing a tune on the piano.

He was playing the intro to Paparazzi by Greyson Chance. After the intro, he started singing just like Greyson did at that age.

He looked up at the girl that he liked and smiled before he sang the next part earning him a glare from the guy that had his arm around her.

Applause and whistling broke up as Jason stood up and bowed before walking off stage.

Jason walked back stage with a thrill of adrenaline and he did a little happy dance with his best friend laughing in the back. He didn't realize this yet but she had a crush on him and she liked him, a lot.
