Kaneki X Reader

Closer?

You and kaneki both walk out from the sewer holding hands. You both realize the dirtiness of your clothes and laugh a little.

"Want to come over to my house and you can take a shower and change", kaneki asks you.

You shake your head, "no I think I'd rather go home. I really don't want to intrude."

He smiles,"No its fine. Come on. It will be fun!" He holds your hand tighter and starts dragging you along. You pout and walk with him, "I really don't want to be an intrusion on your family."

He stops in his tracks, "I don't have a family. That's why I want you to come home with me so I don't have to be alone."

You look down sad, "oh..I am sorry Kaneki-Senpai. I didn't know.."

He shakes it off and smiles at you, "its fine. People say it all the time."

You stare at the ground as he starts walking again. You don't follow you just stand there. And stare. "I'm sorry Kaneki-Senpai..."

He looks back at you, "hey don't be. Its fine. I've gotten pretty used to it by now. Its no biggie." You shake your head, "I think it's best I go home."

He runs over to you and grips your arm tightly, "don't leave. Please."

You look at him as tears form in your eyes, "Kaneki-Senpai..I couldn't..my mom will beat me if I'm not home.."

He looks at you nodding slightly, "Why didn't you just tell me that before? I'll let you go home, but I have to walk you there."

He smiles and grabs your hand as you two start walking. You blush and smile, "Okay Kaneki-Senpai!"

You soon reach your home and notice your mom standing there angry. She scoffs as the sight of Kaneki, "you're coming home with a boy?! You're such a slut," she grabs your hair and throws you inside, "if I even see you with my daughter ever again, god knows what I will do to you."

Kaneki smirks, "try me." He walks away smiling.
