A Day with Touka

Touka's POV

(Y/N) just told me she was a ghoul. I knew she was because I have been to her house before. She had all of this flesh in her freezer and her refrigerator. I always stole a couple for myself because I was too lazy to actually kill someone and I didn't want some of Anteiku's flesh. 

I really haven't hung out with (y/n) very much. I think we should go hang out at the library or something. I know she will like that.

(Y/N)'s POV

Touka and I need to hang out more. I think we should go to an arcade or something. I think she will like that. I realized that I have never been to her house before and she has been to mine. We could also just see a movie or something. Anything sounds fun, as long as I am with her. She was all I had before I met Kaneki and, I know if he ever leaves me she will be here for me and probably kill him.

I know she doesn't like him at all. Well, at least that's what she has told me. I know he probably loves me but I don't love him just yet. I mean we only just met and I don't know everything about him. I can't  love someone who I just started going out with. Thank god he didn't propose to me already. That would be so embarrassing. Saying no would break his little heart. I heard what happened to him and Rize and I just couldn't hurt him by saying yes to him asking me out. I mean, he's an amazing kid but, he still hasn't told me everything. I need to know everything about someone before I can be with them forever.

Normal POV

(Y/N) looks over at Touka and smiles. She stands up from her table with Kaneki and says, "I'll be right back. I want to talk to Touka for a second." She walks over to her and leans over the counter, "hey Touka," she says in a singy songy tone. Touka looks back at (Y/N) and smiles, "hey (Y/N)." (Y/N) looks Touka in the eye and says, "let's hang out tonight." Touka tilts her head slightly, "that was what I was thinking!" They both giggle and start discussing plans.

Later, (y/n) and Touka came to a conclusion. They both decided to just watch a movie at Touka's house. (Y/N) has never been to her house and she is getting a bit anxious. "I've never been to your house, Touka," (y/n) says to her. "Oh yeah. That's true. There's nothing special about it. It's an apartment but it's a decent size." Touka smiles as she packs up her things to go home, "you ready?" (Y/N) shakes her head no and says, "I need to tell Kaneki that I am going to your house tonight. Okay?" Touka nods and keeps packing her things up. (Y/N) walks over to him and says, "hey Kaneki, I need to get going. Touka and I are going to have a movie night!" Kaneki looks at her and sighs, "I wanted to hang out some more but I guess that's okay." He looks down and closes his book, "see ya," he says sadly. (Y/N) lifts up his chin and smiles cutely, "we can hang out sometime else. I just haven't hung out with Touka outside of school. I really like you but I need some time to hang out with my best friend. Why don't you hang out with Hide?" Kaneki smiles slightly and looks into her eyes, "okay. That sounds like a plan!" He stands up and leaves after paying for his coffee. (Y/N) lets out a sigh of relief and walks back over to Touka, "I'm ready now!" Touka smiles and nods.

As the two walk to Touka's apartment, it starts raining. They both start running to find shelter, "man this sucks," Touka says. (Y/N) smiles, "since we are already in the store, let's get some snacks and let the rain die down." Touka nods, "you take that side of the store and I'll take this one!" (Y/N) smiles with determination and clenches her fist, "let's do this!" They both split up and go look for things to eat. Touka then realizes that they can't eat human food and goes to look for (Y/N). She runs around the whole store and soon finds her in front of the front door. (Y/N) was standing looking out the window and watched the rain. Touka puts her hand on her shoulder and says, "(Y/N), are you okay?" (Y/N) looks back at Touka and nods, "I remembered that we couldn't eat human food so, I was thinking that we could go get a crapload of coffee!!" She smiles and hops up in excitement. 

Later, they both walk home after buying a ton of different flavoured coffee to see if they can actually taste them. Touka unlocks her door and opens it, "home sweet home," she says as she walks in and takes off her shoes. (Y/N) does the same and then takes off her jacket in the process, "so what movies are we going to watch tonight?" Touka opens her bag and says, "I was thinking (insert favourite movies here)." (Y/N) jumps in joy, "I love those movies!!" She smiles brightly and hugs Touka tightly. 

Touka decides to make the first batch of coffee and make some flesh bites, "since we can't have human snacks I thought this would be okay," she says smiling cutely. (Y/N) nods, "that sounds great." (Y/N) is such a sweet talker that Touka is starting to fall for her nice, soft voice. Touka brings out the snacks they can have and puts them on the table. She then makes the two cups of coffee and gives (Y/N) hers, "thank you," she says nicely. Touka nods and sits down after putting one of the movies on.

After the movies, Touka had fallen asleep on (Y/N)'s shoulder. She smiles and grabs the blanket to cover her up after standing up and laying her down slowly. She walks into the kitchen with the dishes and cleans them up. She cleans up the mess they made and then woke up Touka, "hey, I'm going to head out, okay," she asks and smiles. Touka whines and says, "don't leave me." She sits up and looks her in the eyes. 

"I don't want to spend the night here alone. I can go into my bedroom and you can sleep in here. Either way, as long as you stay over. I really don't want you to leave me," Touka says in a whiny tone.

"Yeah, I know, but I have a date with Kaneki tomorrow and it's getting fairly late. It's almost midnight and I need to be awake early to get ready," (Y/N) says sweetly.

"But you're my best friend and I don't want you to leave!"

"And he's my boyfriend. I don't know why you're being so possessive but, I just want to hang out with Kaneki some more. I don't know everything about him and, I know he already loves me. I know he gets on your nerves but thats the thing, you have to deal with having your best friend date the guy you hate so if you calm down, I'll see you at Anteiku tomorrow."

"Fine. Leave."

(Y/N) sighs and hugs her, "I will see you tomorrow, Touka." She smiles sweetly and grabs her things before heading out. As she closes the door to Touka's apartment she looks down and thinks to herself, 'shes being so possessive. Ever since I started going out with Kaneki she has been wanting me to herself.' She shakes it off and walks home.

As she walks home, her stomach growls, "ugh why now?!" She sighs and looks around for someone when...
