BEEP BEEP BEEP... BEEP BEEP BE- I grabbed my alarm clock and chucked it at the wall, smiling slightly when the annoying beeping stopped. I snuggled more into my warm, cosy bed and sighed happily. "OH SHIT!" I exclaimed sitting up suddenly. It's my first day back at school since the hospital incident. I scrambled hurriedly out of bed, throwing the covers on the floor. I glanced at the clock, 8:01. Shit. I guess I pressed snooze one to many times. I had exactly 19 minutes to get ready. I showered quickly wanting to leave as soon as possibly. I shoved my hair up in a messy bun and rapidly applied my make up. Well, not really rapidly. I had to put on eye liner, mascara, eye shadow, foundation and lip stick. I went for the 'smoky eye' look, as per usual, and topped the look of with bright red lipstick. I pulled on my black skinny jeans with a random plain long sleeved t-shirt, and slung on my signature leather jacket, I didn't go anywhere without my leather jacket. I grabbed my bag and phone and practically ran out of the house after leaving a note for Austin. Jack had gone away for a few days so I was free from his grasp but Austin was sick so unfortunately I couldn't go out. Ha. As if any of my friends would choose to go out, as if I would choose to go out! I kinda hang around with the emo/badass group. I have a couple of close friends in the group but we don't really meet up much out of school. Well, if you count skipping school together as hanging out out of school, then yeah, we hang out loads. I put my headphones in my ears as I neared closer to the hell named 'school'. I couldn't stand most the people at my school. They were all plastic and fake. Except for a select few of course. I walked over to my group of friends, we nodded hello and Ella and Jasper (my two closest friends) engaged in uninteresting conversation. I ignored them and just day dreamed while listening to my all time favourite band ever. All Time Low. Fucking awesome. "Shadoooow?" I came back to reality to see a hand flying infront of my face. "Huh what?" I ask confused. Ella laughs and asks if I wanna ditch with her and Jas after first period. I nod and smile at her, knowing she'll think something's wrong if I don't smile. Ella has been through so much and yet is still so strong. Ella was my best friend before my depression started. She stayed by my side even when I started drifting away and she helped me back up when I fell deep into depression. The best thing about Ella is she doesn't feel the need to fill every seconds with talking. She gets that I don't talk much and she's ok with that. She like silence almost as much as I do. I only realise I've tuned out again when the shrill sound of the bell interrupts my day dream. Again. The three of us walk to registration in silence all of us dreading first period with Miss Funghanger. She's such an evil bitch and everybody hates her. Luckily we only have her 20 minutes a day for registration then we escape her grasp and disappear to period two. We file into the classroom and take our three seats at the back. I sit by the window, Ella in the middle, and Jas next to her. Nobody ever sits near us. To be honest I think people are scared of us. We are like the badass girls of our school. You have to remember my school is like the preppiest of preppy schools. So anyway, we sit in silence during period one/registration only reply with 'yes miss' when Miss Funghanger calls our names. We are meant to do any work we need to finish of in registration, but me, Jas and Ella just sit and pass notes.

Me: I'm so fuckin bored

Ella: me 2

Jas: I cnt wait 2 ditch the fukkin hell hole

Me: yh me 2

Ella: we goin usual place rite?

Me: course.

Jas: where else wud we go?

Ella: idk I was just checkin.

We stop passing notes and just stare at the clock. wishing for the minutes to go faster. Finally the clock hits 9:00 and I practically jump out of my seat and shoot towards the door. Ella and Jas are not that far behind me. We slip into the toilets and wait around for about ten minutes. Carefully, we emerge from the toilets, checking the hall way for any stray teachers. We quietly run through the hallways and out onto out school large running field. Our school is big on cross country so there are lots of tree on our running field. We stick to the trees and run towards the fence. We expertly climb the fence, hopping down and landing fluently on the other side. Ella laughs like she always does, amazed that we never get caught. Me and Jas just look at each other and roll our eyes. As if we would ever get caught. Anyway, even if we did (which we wouldn't) then we are looking at the worlds best liars. The three of us walk towards the town heading for our usual club. Ella knows the owner of something so we always get in during the day. We basically just joke around with Michael who takes care of the place during the day and get free drinks. It's pretty fucking awesome to be honest.
