Did you ever search for me?
Amidst the suffering
Did you ever bleed for me?
I stutter my response
Postponing the inevitable
I fought for words to say
To make you stay here
And it's an endless cycle
But I never grew tired
I fought and fought
And yet you surrendered
My hero of mine
Why did you let me fall?
You were suppose to catch me
And save me through it all
Oh hero of mine
You were never who you were
You're a wolf clad in sheep's wool
And it took a broken heart for me to finally know
You're no Clark Kent or Bruce Wayne
You're Lex Luther and the Joker combined
You're no hero
But a villian in disguise
