Chapter 10

(The snake I might be getting above)

Your P.O.V

  After successfully serving tea I went outside to get some fresh air. I didn't tell Sebastian I was going to be in my cat form  because he would have made me stay in. Oh well, if I get eaten it's my fault.

I walked through the dreadful bare trees, the leaves that had fallen crunched under my weight. The atmosphere was dreary. The sky was a dull gray and looked like it had been for a long time. I wondered if the local tiny town had some sort of history.

My f/c tail was hung high, showing that I was in a good mood. The air was silent. No birds. No little animals scurrying about. Nothing. The this is weird, I thought. Nature is never this still. I was put on end. My fur pricked up along with my nerves. I started looking around for places to hide if i needed to. Of coarse, there were none. Well, only if I was good enough at climb trees ;But they were all dead. They might not be able to support my feeble weight in this form.

I heard the crunch of leaves behind me. I paused and the crunching stopped to. I passed it off as hearing things and went along but I was unconsciously becoming more and more frightened. Now the crunching was louder. I stopped again, this time more unexpectedly. It wasn't for long, but I heard the crunching after I had stopped. Now I knew I wasn't alone.

What if it was a dog? What if it was a bear? Maybe it was going to eat me. No. calm down Y/n, it's probably just a stupid squirrel. I tried to convince myself but as the crunching got louder I got faster. My light paws quickened their pace. I was now running like I was on air, my paws only slightly touching the ground. The crunching continued.

I was freaking out. What's behind me? I was terrified. I was frantically looking for places to jump to on trees. I finally saw some below hanging branches that I would be able to jump to. So, I did. Once I got close enough to I jumped. I kept climbing until I thought I was a safe distance from the ground. I peered to the ground and saw nothing. But in the corner of my eye, something shifted. I was on high alert.

My tail was probably puffed up and my eyes were probably slitted and narrowed. I felt a presence behind me and a cold hand made its presence on my back I flipped around, ready to strike.

But of course it was Sebastian. "Kitten, why are you so afraid? And why are you in your cat form? Thats dangerous." Sebastian asked frowning. My whiskers twitched. I was still slightly on edge but stepped higher to sit on his shoulder. He let me and then began to decline off the tree.

Once we were on the ground I hopped off his shoulder and shifted to my neko form in mid-air, landing perfectly on the ground. "I thought someone was following me, and I knew you would make me stay in If i said I was going to be in my cat form, I was just going for a walk. "

Sebastian smirked. "Okay then" he picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. "You'll have to be punished" the thought made me blush furiously. What was he going to do? "You have to make Master's dinner." I smiled. This was perfect! I love cooking! "I'm not finished" he butted in. " you have to make his favorite." My smile dropped. "B-but!" "No buts" he said.

I scowled. "You know I hate the smell of unions! Its two strong!" Ciel's favorite dish was served with onions, lots of unions. The smell almost made me faint. My nose scrunched up at the thought. Sebastian only smirked at my expression.
"Lets get back fast" he said. "We might be late."

Time~skip~~

I covered my eyes from the unions. "Why me?" I whined. A slim hand caressed my waist. I purred and wrapped my tail around his arm. Completely forgetting the dreadful unions. "Having trouble?" Sebastian asked, I could practically hear the smirk on his thin lips. "No" I denied.

I felt a thin cold presence on the back of my ear and froze. Must he kiss me? NOW of all times im trying to focus. Sebastian chuckled," do I have such an effect on you kitten?" I whined at his words. It wasn't fair of him to embarrass me with something I couldn't help. Sebastian wrapped both of his arms around me, " ok, that's enough punishment for today." I grinned. "Thanks!"

I skipped down the halls and into my room. All of the sudden a white man appeared. "Uh, hello?" I greeted. He said nothing. He was naked, I noticed and covered my eyes. "U-um you might want to cover up, sir" I heard a whine and talked myself through opening my eyes again. I did. He was gone. Hmm.

"Well that was weird" I mumbled to myself. I finished my journey to my room and found it rampaged. Shock took over my features. "How did this happen?!" I shrieked. I heard swift footsteps in the rooms direction. "What's happened?" Sebastian asked. I just pointed into the room.

He got the message and ventured in. "It looks like someone was looking for something." He said. "But it smells like dog." I commented. "That it does." He says. I remembered that the man I saw in the hall smelled of dog. But then again, everyone in their town does; so I didn't mention it.

" I guess you'll have to sleep with me." Sebastian said, his voice was deep. The sound alone made me blush. I only nodded in reply. "Since that's settled, dinner is ready." With that we began to walk back to the dining room and had an, as usual, delightful dinner.
