Sebastian's P.O.V

I followed the crunching of leaves. Whatever was following Y/n wasn't human and wasn't fully demon either. I didn't want her in danger. She was starting to grow on me. It was dangerous for her. I would have to keep her at a distance. Meanwhile the half demon trailed a little to the side and quit following Y/n. I took this chance to creep up on her and scare her. I imagined the adorable face she would make when I crept up to her. Fear, shock, and surprise. Yes, a lovely pare together.

I was right behind her when she began frantically searching for low hanging tree branches. A smirk slipped on my face. She was sat on the highest branch in a strong, leafless oak. Her fur was puffed up and out of place so I decided I would fix it for her and began to pat her fur down.

My plan didn't work as when I touched her sleek fur it became even more distressed. Her tiny head flicked its way to face me. She first jumped up a bit, practically falling off the feeble branch she was on. But within a second she instantly relaxed into my cold hand. It made me glad for some reason. "Why are you outside hear? And in your cat form? that's dangerous." I said, disapproval tinting my words. She stared at my eyes for a bit before meekly answering my concerned questions.

We made our way back to the little in to make dinner, well, y/n would make dinner. I would make sure that the four other servants didn't wreak the place. They didn't, with the help of me of coarse.

Back in the kitchen, y/n was chopping onions with watery eyes. I deemed it to dangerous and took the knife from her and sent her off to making the tea instead.
She cheered and skipped off. I found myself grinning at her happiness.

After dinner was served and Ciel was settled I headed to the room in which I would be staying. A sense of dog had come to me earlier but it was faded and I didn't worry about it. All of the sudden I heard Y/n scream. It pierced my heightened hearing. I was by her side in a few seconds. 

"What happened?" I asked. She just pointed inside her room covering her nose. Her room was trashed and smelled of dog. We decided, well I decided that she would be sleeping with me. She didn't need to know that their were more empty rooms. I began walking back to my room with her following closely behind.

I heard her short and soft footsteps following my almost silent ones. I heard another sound though. It was louder than her steps but It was much faster. Badum. badum. badum. A sly smile crept into my face. "I can hear your heart racing." I stated. I heard her stiffen and the thumping got louder. Badum badum badum. I chuckled and slowed down. She suddenly shifted into her Neko form.

"You shift when you get nervous?" I asked her. She nodded, trying to hide her redend face. This made me scowl. "Don't hide your face from me." Her hand slowly came down and I smiled. She looked up at me and nodded. We then walked side by side until I had steered us in the direction of my room.

We finally reached the room and I opened the door for her. She smiled. "Thanks " she sat on the only queen sized bed, her eyes darting around the room. "Are you nervous, kitten?" I looked at her expressions, she was bright red.

I took that as a yes.

" I won't do anything you wouldn't want me to." I said sharply, my eyes glinting slightly. "However, I do not promise to stay completely away from you." She nodded at my words again, almost like she didn't trust her tongue to convey her speech.

"You must remember that I am in fact a demon." I stated, looking around the dark red room. Y/n nodded. " how could I forget? I get reminded every time you stare at me." She sputtered, her face flushed.

That made me smirk. "Do i have such an effect on you?" She didn't answer me and headed to the large bathroom. "I'm taking a shower." She stated. "Please do not open this door." She didn't give me time to reply and briskly secured the polished door.

I took my time taking off my uncomfortable uniform. Y/n had been in the shower for quite awhile. It wasn't  getting worrying though. Even if she didn't know it, y/n also had an effect on me. I was beginning to enjoy her company. A human.

She had finally ended her shower and came out of the now steaming bathroom with a towel wrapped around her body.

"You aren't making staying away easy." I said reverting my gaze. 
  "Forgot to grab clothes when I went in." I felt her pass by me and grip the clothes with one hand. He was leaning over and the towel was barely covering her cleavage. I had to move away from her and lay on the bed to distract myself. I didn't want to end up ravishing her when she didn't want me to.

She saw my struggle and quickly scurried  back to the bathroom. I had calmed down by the time she came back, her hair combed, teeth brushed, and body clean. She snuggled up in a big sweater and soft sweatpants.

She still looked tempting. She was by my side on the silk black bed. She curled up on a pillow reading a book. She seemed very engrossed in it. I had barely seen her blink in a minute.

"Kitten?" Her attention strayed from her book and onto me. " it's very late, I wouldn't know, but humans tend to get tired around this time." She blushed. "Yes, it is getting a bit late. I suppose I should sleep now." She set her book down and tied herself into the sheets.

Once she was sound asleep, she began fidgeting. Like she was having a nightmare. "Oh kitten." I mumbled and pulled her onto my chest. Her chest was heaving up and down.  After awhile of my running my nimble fingers through her h/c(hair color) hair, she calmed down.

"What am I going to do with you?"
