I recounted the items on the bed in front of me and Cameron.
"Are you sure we have everything we need to get out of here?" I asked trying to be as prepared as possible.
"Almost." He placed a gun down.
"Where did you get that?" I asked.
"Oh, I stole it." He said casually.
"Alright.." I was shaking as my nerves were taking over.
"Vivian, I want you to hold the gun. Use it for protection, keep yourself safe." He handed it to me.
"B-But, I don't know how to shoot it and what if you get hurt and..And.." He placed his hand on my shoulder.
"You just place your finger on the trigger and aim. I will be okay. We both will." He kissed my cheek and placed the mask back on. "Now, you have to act like I'm one of the workers just like before hit, me and yell." He said serious.
I nodded as he picked me up like a ragdoll. "Here it goes." He sighed.
He walked out of the room and walked.
"Put me down!" I yelled as I hit him and screamed acting my part.
The lady came clicking her heels walking.
She stopped and looked at Cameron. "Why is she out of her room?" She questioned.
Cameron made his deepest voice he could do. "Uh, I'm taking her outside to make her work, she has been disobeying." Cameron said trying to make an excuse.
"Hm.. What's your name again?" She didn't seem convinced.
"Eddie.." He said.
"I don't have a worker named Eddie..." She looked at him. "And why are you wearing a mask?" Something clicked into her head as she ripped off his mask seeing Cameron's face. "You little brats!" Cameron started to run as about ten men chased after us. He held me tightly.
As we got to the doors they were locked.
"Dammit!" He kicked the door putting me down as we were surrounded.
"I said if you two tried to escape again the punishment would be worse!" She took out her gun.
I remember I had a gun in my back pocket. I held onto it as she pulled hers out.
"Don't hurt her!" Cameron screamed forgetting I had my gun.
"Don't worry darling, I'll make her suffer more by doing this.." Before I could take action she shot Cameron the bullet hitting him right right on his chest.
I dropped to the ground dropping my gun and shaking Cameron. "Cameron!" I sobbed shaking him.
I couldn't lose him. Cameron is my everything. He is my best friend and the love of my life. Before he came into my life I was just a robot repeating the same thing everyday. He made me daring, Brave and the person I am right now.
"Run.." He said as his eyes closed and he stopped breathing. I hugged him and cried getting blood all over me. The ocean poured out of my eyes as it felt like. When his soul left, he took half of me with him.
I picked up my gun and stood up. I will avenge his death. He didn't leave just to die an unknown soul. He won't be abilivion. He will always be remembered by me.
"Die!" I quickly shot a bullet at the lady.
"Arg!" She fell to the ground as her men around me looked, more shocked than anything.
I dropped the gun, surprised of my own actions.
A man looked at me, before I could react he took out his gun and aimed it at me shooting a bullet.
No, I'm not going to die. Not today. The bullet came at me like a plane. I jumped to the side.
I didn't dodge it. It hit the left side of my head. I fell to the ground fighting for my life using my arms to crawl out.
Three other men all shot their bullets at me.
I saw nothing but, darkness but this time the darkness wasn't peaceful. It was full of regret, pain, and remorse.
That is how I, Vivian Walker died.
I did not succeed on my mission of changing Cameron Johnson.
Cameron Johnson changed me.
Our last words to each other weren't like how it was in movies. In, fact they were nothing special but they did mean something.
Cameron told me to run, trying to save me. Cameron died for me. In a way I also, died for him.
This was the story of how I fell in love with a bully. Our story didn't have a happy ending but, it sure is one to remember.
If our life was a book I'd name it 'Metanoia.'
A/N: Hey guys! I can't believe it! I finished the book! And now you probably wanna kill me huh? Welll hey! It had to end. It has been an amazing journey to write this book and all of you are a big reason why I continued to write It even when I thought it was horrible.
