"I choose Shawn", his face lit up when I said that and he hugged me soo tight.
My mom just stood there and her smile faded and she looked at her husband and hugged him.
She let go off him and then smiled at me as tears ran down her white cheeks.
"I'm sorry mom", she set her hands on the table and I grabbed them.
"It's okay darling, I want the best for you", she wiped her tears Away with one hand.
"If it's okay with Shawn I will be with him and we will visit you on the weekends or when we can", I looked at Shawn and then at my mother.
"Of course, whenever you want to see her you can, and I will take you to her", he hugged me soo tight I knew he was happy and I was glad I chose him.
After we were done talking and eating. We went shopping and then looked at houses were Shawn and me were gonna live at.
At last, it got dark my mother and step dad headed back to California and Shawn and me left to the hotel.
We had decided to buy a house in California and we would be going tomorrow to see it.
