Chapter 1: Not as bad as last time

“ I love you.”

 I was shocked. Did he just say that? I have been waiting for this day my ENTIRE life….

and it’s finally here. He leaned in closer and-

“ Avril!”

What the...? Why the heck is he yelling, I’m right here!

“ Avril! I made pancakes! If you want some then get up and get ready! RIGHT NOW!!”

 I opened my eyes, angry that it was a dream. And I didn’t even get to finish it! This is what I get for agreeing with my mom to go boxing day shopping. The exact same thing happened with black friday shopping, except for the crazy chaos, which by the way, can give you bruises that even have logo imprints in them.

 Seriously.

I still have Target stickers and Macy’s signs on my butt.

MY BUTT!!

“ Avril! I-”

“ I’m Up!”

Let’s see what today has in store for us.

~~~~~~~~~~~
“ I’m, in the club high off Purp, with some shades on,
tatted up, mini skirt with my J’s on."
Hey i love that song.
 “ Kati’ stop dancing on the couch.” says Nora. She turned to me.  “ You’re finally up. Go get your jacket and shoes on.”
 “ I haven’t even ate yet. You know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” I reply.
 “ Anyways, what are you doing at home?”
Nora has her own apartment. She lives with her friends, and my parents only let her get her own place so she knows how to be responsible, which is something she lacks. A lot.
 “ What? I can’t go shopping with my dearest mother and father?”
She gives me that innocent look. I still don’t get why my parents still fall for that. Any ways, I finish eating and go with my dad and shovel outside. This year, we had a pretty white christmas. Over 80 houses in Markley had no power. Luckily our house isn’t one of them. Our house is probably the oldest house on the street. 22 years old. As old as my sister, Quinn. She doesn’t live with us, because of University. I still don’t get why she had to go all the way to Waterloo, while leaving us to deal with Nora always complaining on how Quinn gets to go to Waterloo and she can’t go to Ireland.
