The unusually harsh winds woke me up  that morning with chills flushing down my spine. Grell was still beside me, sleeping like a baby. I smiled and sat up to see if Sebastian and Ciel had awoken.

Ciel was still asleep.

Sebastian was nowhere to be found.

Where could he have gone? I asked myself, scratching my head. I looked all around the clearing, searching for the dark man.

"Sebastian?" I called out in a hushed tone of voice. "Sebastian, are you there?"

"Of course I am, Young Mistriss." Called a voice from behind me. I shot my head around to see Sebastian standing there.

"Oh." I murmered, standing up and trying not to disturb the sleeping being beside me. I brushed off the stray blades of grass and covered Grell back up with his coat.

"Did you sleep well?" Sebastian asked.

"For sleeping on the ground, pretty well, actually. Thank you for asking." I answered, smiling. "What about you?"

"Fine as well. But I think I can say otherwise about my Young Master."  He chuckled, pointing to a Ciel that was drooling and sprawled out across the dirt. I stifled myself from laughing, though a giggle escaped my lips. I smiled and looked up to the sky. The morning showed no signs of the forest busy day except for the loud crows and songs from the morningbirds.

"Don't you think we should wake them and get going?" I suggested.

"That would be a good idea, hm?" Sebastian answered, walking over too Ciel. "You wake up Grell for me, please?"

I nodded, bending over and shaking Grell lightly. "Grell? Its time to get up." I whispered. He fluttered open his gorgous green eyes and sent me a smile. I replied with one as well as he sat up, stretching out his long arms. "How was your sleep?"

"Great! I'm used to sleeping on the ground, so it really wasn't a big deal." He answered in a cheery voice.

"Even after what happpened last time?" Sebastian questioned, still trying to get Ciel to wake up.

"What happened last time?" I asked, turning back to Grell.

"Well, the Undertaker sorta thought I was dead and put me in a coffin. I woke up and he sorta startled me, and thats about it." He replied to me, smiling still.

"Then why do you continue to sleep on the ground?!" I questioned.

"I have too. William took my house away..." He sighed.

"Who?" I asked.

"Nobody important. He has to deal with Reaper Stuff." He replied.

"A what? You guys wouldn't tell me what a Reaper was last night." I pointed out.

He sighed. "A reaper is a Heavenly being put into a man's body. We are devine beings with the ability to do extrordinary things. We are given certain powers and are sent off to do jobs."

"What sort of powers and jobs?"

"Our objective of our jobs is to retrieve the souls of the dying. We have a whole book with a list of people who are to be visited. We replay their memories, that power being the Cinematic Record, and decide what sort of life they lived. If they are dying, then we decide if they should live or die, and what sort of person they were."

"Wow... And what if they are already dead?"

"That only happens in murders and suicides. We just replay their memories, retrieve the record, and complete the job."

"That sounds awful." I answered, my jaw dropping. "Wait, how do you take their souls and cut the Cinematic Record?"

"With our Reaper Scythes! We custom make our Reaper Scythes and get permission to use them. If you were like me, and you use them without getting permission, then they get confiscated and we have to use a pothetic Scythe." He replied. "But I got mine back."

"Can I see it?" I asked curiously. He chuckled and sighed.

"I suppose you will one day or another. Just not today." He stated.

"Why not?" I demanded.

"Not many humans have seen one. Only one, remains, and that is Ciel."

"What about Sebastian?"

"Yes, he's seen it too."

"Then wouldn't that be two?"

"No. Sebastian's not a human! He's a-"

"Grell, don't you dare think about telling her. She already knows that I simply am one hell of a butler." Sebastian but in.

"But you're a demon as well, right?" Grell questioned.

"A-A wh-what?!" I squeaked.

Oh brother, this can't be good...
